I went to this place to quit smoking. She put magnents in my ears and all kinds of weird stuff. It was like seeing a circus carney.

Hypnotherapy for natural childbirth

When I got pregnant, I planned on taking a hypnobirthing class that a friend of mine had taken. When I met Mari, I found out that she was formally trained in hypnotherapy and had a whole program, tranquil beginnings that was one on one. This was definitely more appealing than taking a class with 12 other people taught by someone who doesn't come close to having the experience that Mari has. I started my sessions in my 6th month of pregnancy and as my pregnancy progressed, I grew more and more confident in using the techniques Mari guided me through. She had my husband come in for a session with me. He was certain he wouldn't be hypnotized but he was so relaxed during the session, when we left he thought we were in session for 20 minutes when it was actually an hour. Best of all, when my deliver date came, Mari was there for support and guidance. I had the natural homebirth I had planned thanks to Mari. As a chiropractor, I now have a working relationship with Mari in co-managing patients for pain management. Mari is professional, friendly, prompt, supportive and an extraordinary individual.

It Worked!

I havent smoked in a little over a month. I was quite skeptical when I went in, I just couldn't imagine that I could really stop smoking, and be happy ( sounds silly now, but it's true)- still, I figured it was worth a shot- was it ever! I smell great, I feel calmer, I have extra time, and I feel healthier. I am a bartender, so I am constantly around smokers... people light up around me all the time and it doesn't phaze me (ok, the smell bothers me a bit) . I got the treatment the week before finals at school- and I was fine!

Simply, I am now a non-smoker. This absolutely works.Thank you Mari!
