Poor Customer Service. I booked a table for 10 pm, as open table allows reservations until 1015 pm. After flying in that night and looking forward to a dinner here, the surprise awaited for me. It was 9 58 pm when I checked in, to learn that the kitchen closes at 10 pm. The manager was called. While he was quite polite, he did not bother to even offer us a salad. Interestingly enough, they cancelled my Open table reservation at 1001 pm, to prevent a review being written there!
Great Restaurant. I come to this place all the time, some times they are very busy but they all try to give the best service they can, also food is usually very good. One of the best places to go in summerlin.
Great Romantic Dinner here.
Came to this restuarant to celebrate a special day with my daughter. The rest is so adorable...its very romanic, actually. I love the cushioned seatings and the fire pit outside.
Dinner was great - pricey but beautiful dinner.
We had Calamari with curry aoili and Tomato/Mozzarella for appetizers. They were both great.
I had pan roasted Salmon for entree. Was really really good. My daughter had Rib-eye - I dont eat red meat so I dont know how good it was but she wasnt talking much and cleaned up the plate -so I can safely say its very good.
Service was so-so as soon as they got busy we kind were forgotten - waited a long time for plates to be cleared and check to arrive. But overall, great dinner.
Great place for - a romantic evening/dinner
The tiramisu is a GAMBLE. My husband and I have eaten at Vintner several times and thought the food over all was above average. The portions are small but the food tasted pretty good and the ambiance is nice although we don't like being elbow to elbow with couples next to us. We were told the first time we went to "try the tiramisu, its fantastic". So we did and fell in love. To be honest that was what made us keep coming back...until tonight. To preface you for this let me explain we have had the tiramisu at least a dozen times at the restaurant and have taken it to go many times as well. I even special ordered a sheet for my birthday. Well tonight I went in to get an order to go and got it home, which was literally 2 minutes away, we live right behind the place. It was mushy and tasted more like the rum than anything. The pathetic little dish looked more like a mush or soup than desert. So I take it back. Long story short the second one is even WORSE. This time they compacted the cakey like substance into a hard layer and put the liquidy creme in between the layers, making another weird consistency for tiramisu. When I put the spoon in the hard cake layer actual scooshed the layer underneath. Point being they went from having the most fabulous tiramisu in town to the WORST. No exaggeration here people. Don't order it unless you feel like gambling.
Good Food, but the Worst Service in Las Vegas!!!.
My friend and I visited the Vintner Grill for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, modern interior or the restaurant, but our would be wonderful dining experience was cut short when the service failed miserably on every account.
The restautant was only about 1/4 full, but our waiter took forever to come and take our lunch order, then never, and I mean never, returned to our table. A food runner brought our food and that was the last service we received until, over an hour later when I had to literally yell across the restaurant to get our waiter's attention for the check so we could get back to work. My friend and I tried several times to get our waiter's attention by raising our hands, but it did not work as he never even looked in our direction.
I have never experienced such bad service in Las Vegas which made the beauty of the restaurant fade away.
Best clothing store IN TOWN!!!.
My best friend, lollipop, loves to take hammers into stores at the mall and threaten people.....the squirrel dont burp till the octopus chirps!!!
*REMEMBER- if the lion eats too many stickers, then the cookies explode and have no where to go......then the meatloaf says to the cat, "I wish I had an apple!!" the cat replies, "nope. you dont. because one day, mine farted on me, so i threw it away, but now its haunting my stepdad. dont get an apple." the meatloaf thought about this and said,"my brother likes pineapple"............then the cow jumped over the ipod, yada yada yada and now the calculator jogs daily.
THE END!
WHY Didnt I know about this BEAUTIFUL PLACE SOONER!!!.
As a Vegas Native I dont know how or why I didnt find out or know about this place untin now! On the north-west corner of Sahara & Hualapai tucked away in a office building, you will drive up to Valet take a couple steps up and enter this elegant little treasure with diamond style black & white flooring white walls with the perfect color of green accent, candle style light fixtures, courteous & attractive host - perfect lighting comfortable seats - beautiful white leather couches w/perfect pillows and crafty center piece -reall grass surrounded with light green beaded wire. Cherrry oak vintage style bar geez have I said enough? Just a total eye candy! Food is cooked over a wood burning grill, Hummus LOVE! Crab cakes... well, um... a little dry... not my favorite some people like'em a little dry I prefer rich in flavor which ALL THEIR FOOD IS RICH IN FLAVOR!!! Ceasar salad wrapped with thin sliced pepperoni, the halibut... oooh the halibut served over couscous and well, you just have to go & try it for yourself! The crowd is great, the service is just excellent!!! Every single time!!! I cant get enough of this place.
Perfect to take clients, perfect for family or even if you just want to go hang out & have a drink. They have a small lounge area with couches & high tables you pick. But VGrill deff a place you have to try!
Cheers!
OH I allmost forgot reservations a must if you are going between 4-8pm on a Friday or Saturday.
I found where the locals go in Las Vegas. While visiting Las Vegas, my family took me to Vintner Grill (I also visted the company's sister property Agave up the street and loved that as well.) My family couldn't stop raving about this place so I was expecting something great and was NOT disappointed. Having dined all over the world, I never expected to find such a great place on both a cuisine and decor level. Though it was hot, we were fortunate to be seated at one of the ouside cabanas. The food was so fresh - I loved the crab ravioli! My parents both had the snapper, which is what they always get and have never been disappointed. Overall, Vintner Grill is a place worth leaving the strip for and venturing to in Las Vegas. You will not be disappointed with this place!
Great Date Night. We have been here numerous times now and this place is always fantastic. Don't waste your money at Nora's when you get much more here!!!
Beautiful, comfortable and the food's delicious.
We love Vintner. It's our go-to for a nice night out, celebrations or to take out-of-town guests. We've only been for dinner but have heard lunch is just as good. IWe prefer a group of 2-4 so you can sit at the booths, they're intimate and comfortable.
I could fill up on the "pretzel" bread and seasoned butters alone. The white bean hummus is a must have each time. The sweet butter leaf salad is tender and delicious. I'm a big chicken eater and the free range chicken is one of the best I've had, never dry. My husband has had the prime beef tenderloin and has never been disappointed. The side dishes are as memorable as the main courses themselves. Make a reservation and go early, it gets quite crowded in the evenings.
