The Scene
Heads of business gather in the lounge over strong martinis and dine at white-clothed covered tables in elegance at a restaurant that has the feel of being at a dinner party at a rich aunt's mansion. The architecture is simple and not overdone. Two floating projection televisions play classic black and white films in the dimly lit main dining room as crowds gather on the patio near the fire pit or among two large canopies in an illuminated setting with custom-made couches and drapery.
The Food
Chefs take American dishes and spice them up. Influences from Spain, France, and Italy can be discovered in the dishes. The menu arrives on a clipboard. Share the buttery crab ravolli, which comes with english peas, crimini mushrooms, baby tomatoes and pecorino, as a appetizer. The crispy sea bass was perfectly spiced and flaky-an absolute marvel. Meanwhile, the veal scaloppini was tender and drenched in a marsala and capellini aglio olio sauce. Vintner offers a wide range of wines (available in flights) and has more than 30 beers to choose from. Save room for the delightful Vosges chocolate truffles or the powered French Toast, which comes drizzled in white chocolate with fresh berries.

My best friend, lollipop, loves to take hammers into stores at the mall and threaten people.....the squirrel dont burp till the octopus chirps!!! *REMEMBER- if the lion eats too many stickers, then the cookies explode and have no where to go......then the meatloaf says to the cat, "I wish I had an apple!!" the cat replies, "nope. you dont. because one day, mine farted on me, so i threw it away, but now its haunting my stepdad. dont get an apple." the meatloaf thought about this and said,"my brother likes pineapple"............then the cow jumped over the ipod, yada yada yada and now the calculator jogs daily. THE END!

As a Vegas Native I dont know how or why I didnt find out or know about this place untin now! On the north-west corner of Sahara & Hualapai tucked away in a office building, you will drive up to Valet take a couple steps up and enter this elegant little treasure with diamond style black & white flooring white walls with the perfect color of green accent, candle style light fixtures, courteous & attractive host - perfect lighting comfortable seats - beautiful white leather couches w/perfect pillows and crafty center piece -reall grass surrounded with light green beaded wire. Cherrry oak vintage style bar geez have I said enough? Just a total eye candy! Food is cooked over a wood burning grill, Hummus LOVE! Crab cakes... well, um... a little dry... not my favorite some people like'em a little dry I prefer rich in flavor which ALL THEIR FOOD IS RICH IN FLAVOR!!! Ceasar salad wrapped with thin sliced pepperoni, the halibut... oooh the halibut served over couscous and well, you just have to go & try it for yourself! The crowd is great, the service is just excellent!!! Every single time!!! I cant get enough of this place. Perfect to take clients, perfect for family or even if you just want to go hang out & have a drink. They have a small lounge area with couches & high tables you pick. While visiting Las Vegas, my family took me to Vintner Grill (I also visted the company's sister property Agave up the street and loved that as well.) My family couldn't stop raving about this place so I was expecting something great and was NOT disappointed. Having dined all over the world, I never expected to find such a great place on both a cuisine and decor level. Though it was hot, we were fortunate to be seated at one of the ouside cabanas. The food was so fresh - I loved the crab ravioli! My parents both had the snapper, which is what they always get and have never been disappointed. Overall, Vintner Grill is a place worth leaving the strip for and venturing to in Las Vegas. You will not be disappointed with this place!
