LOVE WATCHES!. I'm a Vegas local, but former New Yorker and have been shopping with this location since 2008. Every time I visit the Outlets its a sure stop because I gotta check out the new stuff. Prices are amazing and I'm treated like family now that I pretty much know a lot of them! People there are down to earth and not pushy. BIG THUMBS UP! LOVE IT! :) For my batteries I go to Tourneau in the Forum Shops since this Movado location isn't a Service Center and only a Retailer. I find no problem with that. Hope this helps.

Poor Customer Service.. I went in to get a watch battery for my expensive Movado watch. I was told they do not replace watch batterys, and i was told to try the Zales. They might be able to help me.

I did not buy my Movado brand watch from Zales, I bought it at a Movado Company Store.

If this is how they stand behind their product, i will throw my Movado Brand Watch, in the junk drawer, and buy myself a Citzen, or may be a Rolex , I know they will stand behind their product.

Stay away from this brand and this company store.

They do not understand the concept of customer service. you are better off going to a Wal-Mart.
