filthy. We ordered a bowl of chicken soup for my daughter, she found a fly in the soup. My son ordered rice and charbroiled meat, the meat had a lot of fat in it. We ordered another bowl of " special noodle soup" for him. As they brought the bowl of soup to my son , he started to eat and here came an average size of insect floating in the soup.( I have to use the word " insect" because the website does not allow us to say the word we want to say)

We showed them to the waiter who then talked to the owner. The owner came and told us that they won't charge us for the two bowls of soup- NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY- we paid for the other meals we ordered which we were not sure if there was any insect in there

NEVER AGAIN WE WOULD COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK THE SOUP OR ANYTHING YOU ORDER

Prices raised after 2 months of opening. Went there the first day it opened in mid 07. Big new place. Big bowl of Pho Dac Biet with lots of ingredients, price was reasonable. Came back 2 mths later (we're from LA), prices went up! Greedy We don't go there anymore. Don't you hate it when a new place opens up, serves delicious large bowls of pho with lots of beef, then cuts back on the ingredients and jack prices up? Went back to Pho Saigon 8.
