Outstanding Service. I used One Hour back in February for a service call and I thought it went wonderfully. The employees were friendly and the service was outstanding in every phase of the operation.
Exceptional. The last tech we had for service was exceptionally well trained on the infinity systems and with Carrier. I think he was referred to as “Big John”. He is definitely a credit to the company!
