Taste Buds Will Melt. I ate at Red Rock Chili Co last night. Being pregnant you get these sudden cravings and Red Rock Chili was higher than my expectations. Prices are right. You can taste test all flavors to see what fits your needs. I got the chili spud and it was loaded!

Chili? something besides the usual burger, taco or pizza that is great tasting and reasonably priced!. Being a vegetarian, it is tough to find good tasting food in Las Vegas and Henderson that fits into my diet. I go around town trying different restaurants that have dishes I can eat. I found one that fits the bill? 'Red Rock Chili Company'! Not many people around town know about this place, but vegetarians and meat eaters alike should give it a try. I walked in and was immediately greeted by their friendly staff and asked if I had any questions and of course I did, asking about the meals that were vegetarian. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about what the different dishes were comprised of. She offered me a taste of what ever I was interested in and found that the vegetarian chili was not only hearty, but had just the right amount of spices. If people are interested in trying something else besides the usual burger, taco or pizza that is reasonably priced? the 'Red Rock Chili Company' is a place to fit into their dining rotation! I now am a fan and will be making this a regular stop as on of my favorite places to catch a reasonably priced and good healthy meal!!

Something new in Henderson.. I often attend chili cookoffs with my husband so we decided to try Red Rock Chili. We walked in and were immediately offered a sample. I decided to try the Hot Rock which is the spiciest. It really had a kick to it. I wasn't disappointed at all.. I was then given a choice of 8 or 9 items for have my chili on. I went with the hot dog and my husband went with the rice. The food was excellent. We both enjoyed it. We were happy to find a local place to get our chill fix. We could eat there everyday and still not try everything. Next time I go, I will try the soups.

Great Chili and Soups.. I love Chili and this place ROCKS. The food is healthy and delicious. I especially love the Tostada Chili Salad. There is something for everyone. The soups are fresh and homemade. The prices are good and the staff are friendly. They will even let you taste all the chili's before buying. Must try in Henderson. It was time there was something new in the area.

good stuff. really, really good! I have gone for lunch and on my way home for dinner. the place is addicting. I swear there is something in that chili. LOL!

anyway, if you are looking for comfort food, or as they say food that warms the soul, this is the place. Great addition to Henderson. There is nothing else like it.

The menu offers something for everyone and my favorite menu items are the Chili Tostada Salad w/ Caribbean chicken, Chili on Spaghetti, and Hot Rock Chili on rice! Sooooo GOOD!

I look forward to sharing the new find w/ my friends and family. Office parties, Pot-lucks, Super Bowl party - Ya, my first stop will be Red Rock Chili.

The chili's over cook and the veg. soup look like a puree and blend. the cheese bread is burn and the corn bread is very dry and expensive .89 each. I love chili.. but this is the worse chili I ever tasted. The corn bread and cheese bread is to expensive and very dry. I'll rate one*

Editorial Review. Spot features signature chili and can put it on anything from hot dogs and bread to nachos and pasta.
