Must Go to in Las Vegas. I went there with three other people over the weekend with my girlfriend and another couple, and everything was AwSome. Service was fast and friendly.Our plates were constantly cleared, food always coming around and there was never a time we could find our server.Our server also knew all the meats very well and was able to explain everything to us clearly. To start we hit the salad bar, the selection was surprisingly really good. Shortly After the unlimited meats came around, each a standout on its own.If you are in LV and are looking for a great place to dine this is the spot, and its right by great shopping area to walk off the enormous meal!

Best churrascaria in the area.Service is accomodating and you can take your time for hours to enjoy the food. It's really great for family outings. They have big tables for everyone to comfortably sit down. They are kid friendly so you can bring the whole family.

This is beyond food paradise. We started with the salad bar packed with delicious treats. Once you're ready for the meats they just keep coming around until you can't stuff anymore in your stomach. The servers came around with the meats all skewered on swords and cut to your specifications each type of meat was more succulent then the next. Awesome experience !

I have been going here for a number of years now and I have not found a better meal in Las Vegas! Salad bar is unbelievable the fresh with a wide variety. GREAT variety of cuts of meat each more delicious than the next. An incomparable amount of size served here. Pampas can fill even the deepest of stomachs. This is a if you are in Las Vegas!

Pampas Brazilian Grille is Brazilian dining with a seafood f. Brazilian Bouillabaisse is fresh lobster, shrimp, fresh fish, and mussels in a seafood broth with fresh tomato sauce, coconut milk, cilantro, and served over pasta. The portion is HUGE! It has a robust tomato-enriched flavor that is expected from a bouillabaisse but with an added creaminess from the coconut milk. It sort of reminded me of Thai coconut curry but lighter. It is luxurious! The seafood, scallops, mussels, shrimp, lobster tail are cooked to perfection – sweet, juicy, and succulent. The linguine is a great way to enjoy any of the left over sauce. You don’t want to waste it. Thumbs up, way up!

Grilled Salmon Sandwich is Pacific salmon grilled with sweet and sour malagueta pepper sauce atop garlic cheese bread with your choice of Caesar salad, steamed rice, or French fries. Wow! This is the best salmon sandwich ever! The salmon is a thick fillet grilled to perfection. The cheese is melty and gooey. The hearty baguette holds up well and adds a slight sourdough flavor. The malagueta peppers are the perfect heat for this – slightly spicy with some sweetness giving it a great flavor without scorching your taste buds. Thumbs up, way up!

The Most Amazing Brazilian Restaurant!. The most amazing Brazilian restaurant. The service is fantastic and staff is very attentive. The food is excellent. The variety of meat is endless and each bite is better than the next. Vibrant atmosphere and great location in the Planet Hollywood. Great place for any occasion.

Great experience. We had our corporate event at Pampas and it was superb. Their banquet team worked with us on every detail of our event. Since the CEO and president of the firm would be there as well, it was important that the event would progress without any issues. The result was just superb, and I was compelled to write this review. For large events like ours, Pampas is the perfect location in terms of value, atmosphere and service, don't forget the food. I also had a chance to dine with my wife on a separate occasion and they did not dissapoint. We look forward in doing our second event at Pampas and would highly recommend to anyone who's interested in dining at Pampas.

So Much Meat!. Pampas is a great experience for anybody who takes meat seriously.

This Brazilian-style Grill offers all you can eat succulent meats. Start with the salad and appetizer bar, but once you're ready for the main-meat course, the food comes fast and furious as the servers bring out expertly grilled and spiced filet mignon, chicken, ham, sausage and even pineapple, all skewered on swords and cut to your specifications.

The Filet Mignon was by far the best of the many meats we tried, and I had one last serving when I really should have called it quits. I felt it that night at the club, but it was worth it.

Best Dinner in Vegas. My wife and I have eaten in this restaurant twice now. We have alway's found the food and service to be excellent. I am a notoriously picky eater. The salad bar was absolutely clean, and the food was fresh and delicious. I had the seafood added to my dinner and by the time I returned from the salad bar a plate with shrimp, cod, salmon and scallops was already ewaiting. The food was hot and tasty. The waiters were very nice, and service was exceptional. The staff kept bringing the skewers of roast beef, sirloin, filet mignon, sausage, ham, chicken, and my favorite, pineapple around. We had to save room for dessert, barley. The cappucino was exfellent with the cheesecake. Our waiter, Andres, made sure that our experience was exceptional from start to finish. I recommend this resaurant as the place to enjoy a great meal with exceptional service. Again thanks to Andres for his excellent service. We will eat here again.

Great Service and Food. We had a corporate party at Pampas in Las Vegas, and the service was excellent and they took care all of our needs. They were extra attentive and the overall event went very well. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
