My husband and I try and go here as often as possible. We prefer it over IHOP and The Original House of Pancakes. When we go on Saturday mornings (11am or later), there is always a wait for a table, so we sit at the bar and eat. It's a little pricey for breakfast, but large portions, wish they had half orders as I don't eat that much. Oh ya, at the bar, we don't get coffee cake? :( Have to ask for it next time. It's worth taking a trip there. But now that Mimi's opened up on Rainbow, we have to take turns for breakfast.

Wow, my husband and I went to the Cracked Egg based on the great reviews and we were very disappoointed. We ended up leaving most of our food it was so poorly prepared. I had an omelet with chorizo and green chilis and the omelet was so overcooked It was hard. The chorizo was like ground beef and mixed in with the egg batter instead of being a filling and it was like eating cardboard. My husband had a scramble and it was also way overcooked. The hash browns were soaked in grease. The only thing that was edible was the coffee cake and that was more like an angle food cake than a traditional coffee cake. It was over the top sweet, but nice and light. Don't recommend this place at all.
Pros: Ummm...plenty of parking?
Cons: Way overcooked and poorly prepared. Long drive from the strip.
