Poolside Italian trattoria is a high-energy gathering spot for people watching and pasta.. In Short
Guests sit on the sun soaked indoor patio and peer out at The Tank, the Golden Nugget's pool complex, through a wall of windows as they dine on pasta dishes made from scratch. Colorful murals splashed in shades of red, yellow and orange, along with Italian pottery, create a vibrant street cafe atmosphere at Grotto, where all the pasta and pizzas are made on-premise. Test "Old World" signatures such as mussels marechiaro, ravioli di mare, pollo positano and veal San Pietro.
