Salon responsible for large chunks of hair missing. I don't know anything about Elna (so i can't speak on her), but that salon is responsible for cutting a huge chunk from the top of my head. The stylist had the audacity to redirect the blame to me, asking if I had large chunks of hair falling out lately, inferring that this chunk was growing in. The haircut was even worse. One side was approximately 1/4 inch longer than the other, and was a complete different style! When I cautioned the salon manager to honestly re-evaluate whether to let her cut more hair, he said they would of course keep her. Caution ladies when getting a cut.
