Rude new front desk employee. I have always enjoyed my experience at Gianna Christine, which will soon be called Unrulie. The front desk has always been nice until recently. They recently hired a young blonde lady named Chanel. She is absolutely horrible. I have never been talked to so rudely. Usually when I call to make an appointment the other girls are very nice and try to get me in as best as they can. Chanel is rude, short and very unwelcoming. If I hadn't been going there for a few years and talking to Chanel was my first experience, I would never go back or recommend it to anyone else. The place would be a wonderful experience minus the rude attitude of Chanel.

WONDERFUL Salon and Spa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i absolutely LOVED going to gianna christine salon and spa. i felt so welcomed when i walked in the door. i had my hair done with jacqueline and she was so exact with the product knowledge and so very specific about the way she did my hair. i havent had hair color this great for years! all of the hair stylists are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. i would trust my hair to all of them! i LOVE the AVEDA products and the facial was fantastic too. if you are looking for a new salon in the area, i highly suggest this place!

Mostly great quality, snobby staff. I love this place, but every time I go the front desk staff make me feel like I was beneath them. And I'm a fairly well known local professional. The hair, waxing and spa treatments are fabulous and very high quality but the manicures are lousy. They have also overcharged me by $30 on a couple of occasions. If you're willing to overlook the snobby element and watch the bill before you sign, it's well worth it.
