Love Aveda

Great haircut and color, and Aveda products are the best. I walked in very nervous about getting an appointment with someone I didn't know, but not to worry. I was given an appointment with Marlene and I've been returning for over a year, I'm very happy!!

• Pros: Marlene is great
• Cons: Alittle expensive

I loved the haircut I got, but they charged me $40 dollars more than what their price sheet said

So confirm the price before you make an appointment! Ridiculous!

Rude new front desk employee

I have always enjoyed my experience at Gianna Christine, which will soon be called Unrulie. The front desk has always been nice until recently. They recently hired a young blonde lady named Chanel. She is absolutely horrible. I have never been talked to so rudely. Usually when I call to make an appointment the other girls are very nice and try to get me in as best as they can. Chanel is rude, short and very unwelcoming. If I hadn't been going there for a few years and talking to Chanel was my first experience, I would never go back or recommend it to anyone else. The place would be a wonderful experience minus the rude attitude of Chanel.

• Cons: Snotty attitude of one front desk employee
