The company called me as soon as they realized that the Ferrari would not be available, 2 days prior to rental, and upgraded my rental to the Lambo. The car was immaculate and drove like a dream. They dropped the car off at my hotel, early. Paperwork was simple. When we were done, we just left the car with the valet and the company took care of the rest. We will definitely rent from them again!

Was explained the 'mandatory full coverage insurance policy' to rent their lamborghini. They had to explain it because they didn't (or maybe they wouldn't?) provide any insurance documentation at the time of the rental. I didn't feel comfortable taking the car because of the lack of documentation... they threatened a full rental charge for not providing 72hrs cancellation notice... so I ended up taking the car. 2hrs later some drunk backed into the lamborghini in the parking lot. LasVegas Exotic Car Rentals loaded my credit card with charges the moment they found out the drunk had no insurance. They didn't wait for my own insurance company to become involved - even though I apparently had this 'mandatory full coverage insurance' policy that they verbally sold me. This company SEVERELY misrepresented their services. Three months later, I am still in a dispute to recover approximately $8,000 USD from these crooks.

Rented the Lotus Elise and was able to get a free upgrade to the BMW 645. Service reps where very nice and car was in excellent condition. Will rent from again.
