Kaizen is a great place.. Take this below review with a grain of salt. Him recommending Dragonfly over Kaizen is preposterous. If you look at there menu, they have a very small menu and are more overpriced than that of Kaizen. I went to the Kaizen on Eastern/Horizon Ridge and the service was excellent, food was excellent and it wasn't over priced at all, with a great selection. Also, the complimentary serving of Edamame was a nice touch, so don't let this one guy trick you into not going to Kaizen, as I have gone there many times and never have been disappointed, especially with the great happy hour they have (2 drinks for the price of 1). So, give Kaizen a try, you won't regret it.

A Must Go Spot. This restaurant has become a 'must-go' spot for me when I visit Las Vegas... great food,.. great atmosphere.

Best sushi. Absolutely fresh, absolutely tasty - the best sushi anywhere. I will go back in a heartbeat! Hightest recommendation.

I love KAIZEN!. I went to Kaizen with a bachelorette party group and it was fantastic! Very accomodating, excellent sushi and drinks, fancy & tasty rolls and other dishes, very fun staff, stylish atmosphere, and on top of all that, the price? SO reasonable! We'd been recommended this place from LA and it not only lived up to, but exceeded its reputation!

Vegas + Sushi + Sake + Relax = Kaizen. Chic atmosphere, endless variety of drinks, great service, savory sushi - that's Kaizen in a nutshell! I'm a Los Angeles-based sushi aficionado (Tama, Mori, Hide, R-23 and Nishimura are my faves), and I want to set the right expectation: Kaizen in Las Vegas is not about zen-sushi for the purist, it's about those who like to gamble, party, hang out with friends and eat good food at 3:00 in the morning after losing your shirt at the Hard Rock casino next door! Come check it out in the right mindset, and you won't be disappointed!

Best Sushi, Best Bar. I love Kaizen! Even if you are not a sushi eater, you'll find something delicious to eat on their menu. Their food is creative and always fresh. The atmoshphere is hip, fun and relaxed. They also have two other locations--Henderson and North LV. Try Kaizen; you won't be disappointed!

best sushi in vegas. I absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere and great food. It is right by the strip but you don't have to deal with the chaos of getting there. I went with my boyfriend the other day and we both loved it. It's a great date spot or just to drop by for a bite to eat. Can't forget their happy hour specials, 2 for 1 on alcohol! You must try their crispy rice tuna appetizer and bbq roll. Overall, awesome restaurant!

Great Sushi!. Cool atmosphere and terrific service. The food is truly awesome. This is a GREAT place to hang out and have cocktails and good sushi.

I highly recommend that you try Kaizen.

Sushi Is the GREATEST!!. I've dine at both locations-Paradise Rd and Eastern Ave. and the food is DELICIOUS...The Snowcorn Roll is my favorite. Also I've tried the California Roll, Seaweed Salad, Calamari roll, and the scallop dish and was TOTALLY impressed with EVERYTHING. I LOVE the Decor. The staff and chefs are very friendly and the music is lively. I'm Addictive to Kaizen and I cannot wait until they open in N Las Vegas in Aliante'....Hurry Hurry!!
