This was a terrific place to eat. We went there knowing nothing of sushi and never have eaten it before. The chef's there are masters. You tell them if you have any allergies and any likes or dislikes (I don't like spicy food) and they whip up a magical wonder of palate tickling dishes that make you wish you had a bigger stomach. It was incredible. So many things I thought I'd never eat and now I can't wait to go back and get more. One of the highlights of our vacation! Cheers Nick!
Do you really think they are Japanese???

Korean's have been fooling the public for years with their "imitation" Japanese. They even wear a Japanese headband, and speak the few Japanese words as you enter and exit.
Do not be fooled by the Korean scam!!
Osaka is #!, and always will be.
- Pros: Nice area
- Cons: Oh, the food, service
Fantastic Sushi!!!

So I was craving sushi at 2:30a.m. and was out with a friend who had never had sushi before, after deciding to be adventurous we looked up "late night sushi las vegas" on my handy dandy blackberry and up pops Kaizen Fusion. We were right around the corner from their perfect and easily accessible location. Once inside the vibe was hip yet still authentic. We sat at the sushi bar, which is the best place to sit, and received excellent service from the start. The menu is abundent, and has beginner items to adventurously exotic, with the prices remaining reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
- Pros: Example: best croissants in town
- Cons: What are the drawbacks?
