Was okay sushi. I am From Los Angeles and yes most people here don't like people from LA but I have been eating sushi for over 25 yrs. I tried Kraizen sushi last night mainly based on the reviews. I am very picky when it comes to sushi. The prices were cheap for the sushi but sushi came warm and the octupus was gross. Had a fishy taste and wasn't great quaility. The california roll was made very cheap and wasn't flavorfull at all. Yellowtail sushi and albacore sushi was good. Halibit sushi was okay not great didn"t wow me. I also had the tampura shrimp roll. This roll was very weak will not order again. The roll was served cold and the shrimp seemed old. The hawiian roll would be great if the piece size was larger. I dont believe I will return to this sushi bar. If you are traveling to Loas angeles I suggest AI sushi in South Pasadena on Fairoaks. I have been going there for years. The best in the San Gabriel Valley. If you are in Orange County I suggest Gin Ki sushi just north of Dena Point on PCH.

Fresh Sushi. The Sushi in henderson is great the staff

is always nice and the cheifs are entertaining

Best Sushi in the SE. It may not be saying much, but Kaizen has the best sushi in Vegas. I have tried about every sushi place in the SE. By now there must be 50 sushi places on Eastern alone. Kaizen is far and away the best place for consistent quality food. I am glad I found it and can stop trying every sushi place that opens up, I have found my sushi home!

Excellent. An Excellent place to eat and just hang out. I loved the atmosphere and would recommend it to anyone who loves sushi and a chill atmosphere. Did I mention the music and the ladies?

#1 Sushi spot in Henderson....cool staff. coolest sushi spot in Henderson. coming from Hawaii i know good sushi and this is the best sushi you gonna find in the desert. its a good chill spot to bring your girl or hang out with your buddies. they got happy hour every night 10pm-2am and its 2 for 1 on all alcoholic beverages. Jozen cold sake is my favorite! Also, every Saturday they got a DJ and its a great crowd with a good vibe. the servers and sushi chefs are really cool and lots of fun. i love alex and sean...they always take care of me when i go there. i always leave saying this is my favorite restaurant in all of vegas. great local spot if you dont feel like going to the strip.

Best Japanese food in Vegas. I have been to many many japanese restaurants in Vegas and this is by far the best. The sushi is really, really, good. The service is also great. They have very unique rolls which are very yummy. I would recommend going nowhere else but kaizen for sushi.

GREAT DINING...Food Is Superb!!. I've dine at both locations-Paradise Rd and Eastern Ave. and the food is DELICIOUS...The Snowcorn Roll is my favorite. Also I've tried the California Roll, Seaweed Salad, Calamari roll, and the scallop dish and was TOTALLY impressed with EVERYTHING. I LOVE the Decor. The staff and chefs are very friendly and the music is lively. I'm Addictive to Kaizen and I cannot wait until they open in N Las Vegas in Aliante'....Hurry Hurry!!

My Favorite Sushi Bar!. Kaizen Fusion Roll and Sushi has it all! The food is absolutely delicious. Their Korean BBQ roll, snowcorn roll, rock n' roll and spicy tuna salad are some of my favorites. Their fish is always fresh and even if you don't like fish, there are plenty of other things to eat, such as chicken teriyaki, beef steak, noodles, curry, etc.

Not only is their food great, but they paid attention to every other detail to make your dining experience enjoyable. The food presentation was beautiful. I felt like I was eating in a gourmet restaurant but without paying gourmet prices. The service was so personable and attentive. The owner even came by to personally say hello.

I've tried both Kaizens, the one in Henderson and the one across from Hard Rock Hotel. Both have lovely decor and ambiance, very suiting to their respective neighborhoods. Kaizen is definitely my new favorite restuarant!
