Rip Off. First warning should have been the inaccurate directions. When I called to establish their close proximity to my hotel, the owner stated that they were 3 lights & 10 minutes away from my hotel on the same street. NOT! 30 minutes, more wrong directions and 2 phone calls later, I located them on the far east side of the airport (my hotel was on the west side of 1-15). I should have stopped there when I realized that she'd lied to me just to get my business.

Pedicare and manicure were far below the standard that I receive at home for the same price. Polish on my toes is one big thick glob. The polish on my nails peeled the next day.

Finally, the technician helped herself to a 50% tip!!!!! Rather than returning my change to allow me to leave an appropriate 15-20% tip (even for poor service), she pocketed the entire $15 change based on a $33 charge.

Never again will I "treat" myself to a relaxing "spa visit" in a strange town. Nor will I feel politely obligated to appear for an appointment when I'm given drastically misleading directions. I've never had a technician assume that all the change was hers to take.

The only positive was the offer of a cold 1/2 glass of water on a very hot day upon my frazzeled arrival. That was the extent of feeling pampered at this establishment.

Overall, I've never had such a disappointing experience, poor quality results or felt so ripped off.
