don't usually review businesses but these guys rock! prices are reasonable everyone is down to earth and my tattoo is perfect. oh and they are open 24 hours so even at 3 in the morning you can go get a tattoo. already have plans for next tattoo
I have had tattoos done by several so called "artists" but Jeff does the best work I have ever had. His work is incredible!!! He is very professional, his work heals very fast and he is very clean and uses only disposable equipment. I highly recommend him and will never go to another artist!!!
Great Tattoo and Great Price!. I walked into Crown Electric tonight and met Joe. I showed him I wanted and then he ran with and made my drawing into a piece of art. He's a very down to Earth guy who wanted to do a great piece instead of just taking my money. He also charged me a great price and didn't try to rob me like every other tattoo shop. Highly recommend his skills! And the place is a nice place to get a tat done.
BAD INK, BAD SERVICE, STAY FAR AWAY!. This profile pic is of my tattoo which was done at Crown Electric over the Labor Day weekend 2011 (1 week old....please note NO RED INK WAS USED...only green and yellow and this is supposed to be a Lotus Flower.....of the 20+ people I have shown this and the original art work to, not one has said it is a decent resemblance). 4 of us bought the groupon and made appointments for the same time, checking three separate times with the facility that we would and could all be inked at the same time. We arrived to find only two artists there...nothing but disorganization and mayhem for the 4 hours we were there. Only three of us got ink done, and mine is such a shabby job, I am embarrassed to even have it on my foot for any period of time. It is infected, (I have 4 other tattoos and have never had this problem, and even rode cross country on a motorcycle with fresh ink on my wrist, not one problem with that or any others I have had done), the ink looks like a child took an old dried out marker and colored it in. He did stay in the lines, but there are some lines missing. The tattoo looks absolutely nothing like the Lotus flower I brought in, but rather a big pot leaf............. I would never recommend anyone to this tattoo parlor again. I will be finding a real artist soon to correct this disgusting tattoo. Maybe these guys were once good, but let me tell you they are no longer, they have rank artists in their facility doing below rank work. I feel bad for the 250+ people that bought Groupons for work there. My advice to you, eat the $40 and go somewhere else, and get some real tattoo work done by REAL artists. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR YOU MAY REALLY REGRET THE WORK YOU GET DONE!!! All the "good" reviews on this shop are several years old, the people who have had work done there recently have posted poor reviews.
It's upsetting as a business owner to see bad reviews about your business. I have responded to this bashing over and over. You just can't please everyone. All I can say is , when you get tattoos on your FEET please don't wear shoes while they are healing. Also when you insist on ideas & colors that don't mesh, well, it is less appealing to the viewer. We haven't been in business for 8+ years by doing bad tattoos with bad service. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we post our work on our web site for ALL to see. We are PROFESSIONAL! I invite you all to come by anytime 24/7 AND take a look at our portfolios or visit our website. Lastly I would just like to point out , as all of you with tattoos surely already know , the tattoo itself does NOT give you an infection. Infections come for NOT CLEANING your tattoos properly , or maybe not cleaning at all. Tattoo can not be left to dry out like a scab. This is obviously a case of someone not following proper aftercare.
