Terrific for Snowbirds. My husband and I are retired and like to stay in Vegas for a month at a time during the Northeast winters. I found Siena online, and it turned out to be the best!

We have a dog, and Siena is pet friendly, which is harder and harder to find these days. Free parking, and the staff is great; they always try to accomodate our ground floor request.

Since we stay for a while, having the kitchen is key, and the free internet is great too. Most hotels or suites charge an arm and a leg for it! There are restaurants and pubs close by, and everything else we need is just a short drive away.

We will keep going back, every year. I just can't beat this place anywhere else in Vegas for what we get!

My "business" home. I live elsewhere and travel to Vegas frequently for business. I have been staying at Siena Suites everytime I'm in Vegas, for the last six months.

The convenient location is close to the highway and restaurants, and a relatively short drive to the Strip when I feel like checking out a show or nightlife. It's quiet here, and I can get a lot of work done. Not true of other places I've stayed.

I wasn't too fond of the hard mattresses, but the staff let me know that they are under new management and currently replacing the mattresses with softer ones, and I'm betting my next trip in June will be even better.

Love the heated pool when it's colder in Vegas, and the property is safe and secure. Living in the southwest, I know bugs can scurry inside when it starts to heat up outside, but I've never encountered anything in my room or elsewhere at Siena. Believe me, I would have said something; I hate bugs.

There are quite a few families staying there at any given time, and you'll see dogs as they allow pets with a one time fee (no weight limit). This was actually a selling point for me, because nobody is going to stay somewhere with their kids and pets if it isn't safe and comfortable.

Safe, Clean, Customer Oriented and PET FRIENDLY Extended Stay Hotel. I highly recommend staying at the Siena Suites. We have been staying here for over 9months on temporary business. Compared to many of the other"Extended Stay" locations in Las Vegas (most are in bad neighborhoods and terrifying to stay at) this is the Taj Mahal of them all. It is unbelievably CLEAN and well maintaned. The rooms are immaculate and they offer daily Maid Service. It is in a SAFE neighborhood and the management here seems able to keep the riff raff out so this is an excellent place to stay with children. The office staff are FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. My only complaint would be that when we began our stay here they did not accept Pets which is a hardship on many families and pet owners who need a nice place to stay/live. But they have implemented recently that they will accept pets with a one time $100.00 fee (well worth it) and they DO NOT have a weight limit either which is AWESOME for larger pet owners. This really is a place that you can feel Safe and Pleasant during your stay in Las Vegas. It is a bit pricey but like most things in life you get what you pay for. If you decide to stay at the Siena Suites be sure to say Hello to Tracy and Beatrice as they are amazing office staff and go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. Also there is a brand new Sizzler that opened up across the street. And within walking distance is an amazing Bar/Restaurant next door called Mulligans Pub (amazing food in smoke free area) as well as 2 gas stations and liquor stores. Siena Suites is where you should stay if your looking for comfort and safety during your stay in Las Vegas! :-)
