I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I should have seen the tall tell signs as soon as I moved in. The entire home was filthy, covered with dead roaches and spiders, carpet shavings, dust and a layer of dirt. I paid a cleaning fee for this. An unclean rental home. My husband and I also filled out a detailed inspection report; with everything we found in the home to be undesirable. Did Avalon Realty fix or remedy these problems? Of course not, that is what a honest and trustworthy company would do. Avalon Realty also had a nerve to bill us for a dead tree in the front yard and a HOA fee, even though we clearly stated that the tree was dead on the inspection report. Try to get your security deposit back, you'll be in luck if you do...I will never recommend this company to anybody, calling it HORRIBLE wouldn't do it justice. If I could rate this company it would get ZERO STARS.

I have rented my house thorough this company for one year. I have to say this was a horrible service I have ever received. I never got my money on time, Statements were always wrong. Nine months after renting the property I still got some advertising fees. Very dishonest and unprofessional. If anybody wants to waste time and money, go for this company. I will never recommend to anybody.

Most unprofessional people in Las Vegas by a renter. If I had a choice, I would not provide any stars to this company. Very unprofessional, owner must have tourrette's syndrome or a poor upbringing-but this isnt an excuse. This company should not be in business, They try to fine you for things that should have been taken care of prior to move in, just to make an extra dollar or two off of you. Renter be aware - the 21 page contract is not there to protect the home owner, it is there to leverage you out of money when they receive an HOA violation notice that cost the home owner and management company nothing (these fees are not paid to the HOA or home owner, but pocketed by AVALON.) If it was up to me, I would love to run this company out of business.

Please keep in mind the good comments you find below are most likely the result of Avalon Realty office staff placing these comments, when was the last time you decided to provide a great comment to a business without being directed to do so. They are not anywhere close to what these comments make them out to be, but rent from them and you will figure it out for yourself. If I saw any comments out here before renting from them, I would have not make the choice to waste my money with this company, what ever happen to people working with you.

Great. I've had my property rented through Avalon for two years and have had no problems. Any maintenance is done quickly to keep the property in tip top shape and my account statements are clear and easy to understand each month.

Great Place To Live. I have been a renter with Avalon for over 3 years and they have been great! Everyone there is very helpful and friendly - the owners are nice and easy to talk to. When I have needed someone to come and fix a problem they have been right there and even made an improvement to the property.

Happy Tenant. I've been a renter with Avalon Oaktree for three years now and things have been pretty positive. I have to say they have grown and changed for the better. Everyone in the office is polite and professional, they recognize me when I come in, ask me how I'm doing. I've never had a problem getting an answer to any questions. If I leave a message, someone calls me back in a timely manner. I have heard neighbors complain about being charged for repairs. I do agree that normally a renter doesn't pay for standard repairs, but repair charges are clearly spelled out in the lease. Also, my income has significantly dropped the last two years and Avalon has been very willing to work with me. Thank you Avalon Oaktree, I'm a happy customer!

Very Rude, Unprofessional Company. This company should be reviewed by the board, they are rude, unprofessional, they hang up on you, cuss, they do illegal things, because they are stupid, they have no respect for people, unable to keep track of records, take too long to address issues, unless its in their favor, charge for services never received, no one, not even the owner knows the rules, they constanly break them. Everyone there is disrespectful, arrogant, hostile, they speak with negative tone all the time. Stay away

Property Rental. I have rented properties from a few different companies in Las Vegas and Avalon has been by far the most professional, easy to work with and friendly company I have dealt with. I don't plan on ever needing another property management company when I have Avalon.

How low can you go?. I have spent 2 miserable years with avalon realty. Under handed, sneaky, and totally dishonest. Stay away from this company if you decide to rent. For they will bend you over and kick you and leave a dent. You'll never recieve any security deposite no matter how you clean. They'll lie and cheat you out of your security. Just to let you know renter beware.

People forget the Golden Rule. I think people that write reviews sometimes are victims of their own ignorance. People forget things like "treat people how you want to be treated." I can almost garuntee that most of these negative reviews are from people that go in acting like an immature ass and thus gets treated that way. I'm all for "the customer is always right" but at the same time I hate kiss ass people that say anything just to get your dollar and could care less once your in! Give me Honesty! Give me Respect! Give me Caring! All 3 of those things the ladies at Avalon has always given me and anyone I have reccommended and because of that I'll remain a loyal customer and keep refering people. the Avalon company was lied to by a homeowner that owned a house we rented. Long story short, we had to move out, and the ladies @ Avalon found us a better house in a better area for the same rent in less then a week pretty much! I couldn't ask for better service. You can read my review, other reviews, whatever but when it all boils down to it, you just have to check them out for yourelves. I'm sure you will not be dissapointed!
