Crooks. These guys are crooks! After driving accross town to select a particular tree for your new house, come delivery time..they bring someone elses tree..and get this..SOLD MY TREE TO SOMEONE ELSE. To add to the insult..they offered me to select anyone elses tree, even if was marked sold..so what does that tell you about ethics of this company! NOW..they charge me a 15% restocking fee for a tree I never received! Total CROOKS! Anyone who does business with this lot of theives, I feel sorry for you!…
Beautiful trees and great help!. I've lived in las vegas now for about 10 years, and I have always shopped at star nursery. During this years frost i lost a number of plants and trees. Star would not replace anything or even help me out at all. So i decided to go down to Moon, and boy is it big! I walked around for while and and found some trees and bushes i liked. They came out planted the new stuff and removed my dead trees and bushes for me. It could not have been more easy or pleasent to do. Kuddos to Moon Valley!!!!…

Recently purchased a tree from Moon Valley Nursery on a Friday and cancelled the order the next day, Saturday. The beligerent salesperson told me they would then charge me a 15% cancellation fee and
when I complained they stated, "the reason they had already paid their salesperson and the laborers that hadn't even planted or delivered the tree yet. Delivery scheduled for the following Tuesday. Now you have got to laugh at this feeble excuse for keeping over $62.00 while losing a customer for good and a future legal battle. Now why did I cancel the order? The salesperson repeatedly belittled Star Nursery which raised red flags to us so we went to Star Nursery on Satuday and purchased the same type and size tree for 1/5 the cost. Yes we saved over 370.00 dollars not cents. Yes we have Star Nursery delivering the tree but we are planting it so you can ask yourself, does it cost $370.00 to plant one tree?
Don't do business with them unless you have lots of money to squander. I still am amazed at how they are willing to lose customers with bad publicity for a meager 15% cancellation fee. That alone should tell you something about their policies and standards.…
