Outstanding Experience. On my recent trip to Vegas, I took 3 friends out for dinner to Sea Blue. This was my 1st experience with this particular restaurant, and I was very impressed. From the minute I arrived at the host stand to check in, we were treated like kings. This treatment extended to the bartender as well as the server. The food, from the appetizers through dessert, were fabulous. I eat out A LOT, and the Kobe Ribeye I had for dinner may easily have been the best steak I have ever tasted. It was fabulous, as was the rest of the food my party enjoyed. Our dinners included King Crab, Surf & Turf combo's with Kobe Steak & Lobster Tail, and a variety of appetizer combos. Overall, I had no complaints. Our waiter Jason was very professional and extremly helpful when it came to answering questions. There's no doubt, I probably spent more than I expected to, but it was well worth it. I would return again on my next visit, and would recommend this restaurant to others.
