Great mahi-mahi when it's available. All other entree's I've had here have also been above average. (Jerk'd chicken, Blue crab dip, Burgers, and the jambalaya). Of course, the star of the show is the top shelf margarita. That is as good as it gets! A testament to them is the last posting...the reader was so drunk she didn't remember eating! Only downside to the restaurant is the fact that Jimmy Buffet is on EVERY TV in the restaurant all day and night. I've gotten them to change one TV at the bar for big games, but that is about it. I think it's fine to have Jimmy on all the other TV's, but the bar and sports go together like bread & butter.

Pros: Good food, GREAT margaritas

Cons: noisy, Jimmy Buffet marathon on TVs

I went to Margarittaville for lunch one day while in Vegas. I love a good margarita (or five), and that's the main reason why I wanted to visit. I was with two Brits who had never heard of Jimmy Buffet nor had they ever heard the song Margaritaville. Well, this place is theme heavy, and the theme makes no sense whatsoever if you're not familiar. I think the Brits found it very amusing and somewhat disturbing. It's really loud in Margaritaville. It seems like a lot of people who maybe don't get out so much might go there at night to "parrrtaaaayyy"! Anyway, we all ordered margaritas (of course). I had the top shelf, which was so so sooo good that I had another (and it wasn't even 1:00!). My companions had flavored blended fruity margaritas of some sort. I sample theirs, and both were delicious, and they both ordered seconds as well. I can not remember what I ate. That tells me it was probably very average. I do remember thinking the food was okay at the time. The margaritas are the reason to go though. Oh, on the way out, I noticed a door leading in from the street where you can go in and buy a margarita to go. So, next time, I will do that and skip the noise inside.

Pros: Margaritas! Yum!!

Cons: Loud, obnoxious, themey
