Wonderful and Great Service. Great Service, love having a clean house again. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. With my busy schedule I just can't find time to keep up the house work myself. The Cleaning Authority helps so much and does a wonderful job.

Wonderful, Wonderful. Im very happy to have a clean house again. I had gotten sick for awhile and was unable to keep up. It feels so nice to have a clean house and not worry about the house. They were great to deal with and have worked with my needs. I'm amazed it took me so long to find such a great company. They answer their phones and always take great care of me. Its nice to feel pampered when they are in my house. If you want a clean house with people you can count on try these guys.

Love a clean house. What a wonderful service! I have been looking for a reliable, quality service for a long time and I finally found one.

Disappointing. I was pleased with the initial clean A, which was deep-cleaning of bath/kitchen, and routine clean of living/bedroom areas. However, when I returned home that day, they had left the front door completely unlocked. (They had a key to my house.)

The owner was very nice about this, and said he'd talk to the cleaning team. He agreed that this was totally unacceptable.

The second clean, initial clean B, was supposed to be thorough cleaning of living/bedroom areas, with general clean of kitchen/baths. There were dust bunnies (from my pets) along the walls of the guest room; there was no way they did the carpet edge cleaning that was advertised as part of initial clean B. There was also a very large blue scrape along the hallway wall, which I'll need to paint.

I cancelled the service after this second "cleaning". For what it's worth, the owner was always reachable by phone, and he was very nice to me.

Great Service. We have used The Cleaning Authority for the last two years. They have always showed up on-time with a smile on their face. When they leave we always have a smile on our face. They do a great job and we could not be more happy with our choice in Cleaning Companies.

Not recommended. They weren't on time and forgot to do part of the required cleaning. When I tried calling in about it, I didn't receive a response or an apology.

Do not recommend. If you have a problem with your cleaning, do not expect the owner to get back to you in a timely manner. He told me he is "very successful", so I guess that means he does not need my business. Arrogant on the phone too. There are so many others to choose from I would skip using this one. The very least would expect from a cleaning company is to actually put your trash in a trash barrel rather than leave it outside for your dogs to chew up. If you enjoy coming home to a backyard full of garbarge that has been partially eaten and distributed throughout your lawn and pool, then they are the company for you!! They are not safe and reliable. Evidently have trouble keeping people as I seem to have different teams coming in my home.
