The Worst Furniture Store in the Country. This business is a fraud!!!!! They're salespeople are snakes that will say anything to get a sale. My fiance and I went into the store looking for a dresser and a chest for our bedroom. We were looking around and found some nice pieces that we liked. A salesman by the name of Mike said I have a great deal on a bedroom set that includes an entire bedroom set. When we got to the set, Mike pulled the red tag off the chest that I guess said that chest is not included in the set. My fiance and I were in agreement that the set was a good value and decided to make the purchase. We had the furniture delivered a few days later to find that the chest was not included with the set. The salesman clearly said everything is included besides the mattress. When the men were delivering the set, they called the customer service department and the representative on the phone sounded like she deals with this all of the time. She said well the red tag clearly states that chests are not included with bedroom sets. This is the red tag that the sales person removed from the chest and held close to him as we spoke. We told the representative on the phone that the entire reason we were in there was to look for a dresser and a chest that we didn't want this set. She said your receipt clearly states no returns; that all sales are final. She said to call back when the salesman was back to work the following day. When I actually reached the salesperson, he blatantly lied about telling us that he said the bedroom set included the chest. He said I told you this set was a great deal, that you were getting a great deal. I told him that he specifically said the mattress was not included; nothing else. He said I remember saying the mattress was not included but I told you how great of a deal you were getting. This store is a scam and will receive the worst rating I have ever given a business. This place should be shut down for their devious sales techniques.
