Horrible Customer service, inconsistent hours, mediocre pizza

Honestly, I would expect a little better customer service, i mean, it's not like everyone's familiar with their unique products or their menu, so when I stand in front of the menu trying to decide (only a couple of minutes) why is it that instead of being patient and understanding, that they act as if I am wasting their time? I dont get it. These people obviously dont get that half of a good business is customer service, as I have gone back to many places with decent food but great customer service....oh well.

pizza was ok, nothing speciall, but make sure you order just enough and not more because this pizza is horrible when its old. thats all.

• Pros: Cute asian lady
• Cons: Everything else.

horrible customer service by manager

we live down the street from this place and were glad when they opened. we had been regular customers and really enjoyed the italian wedgie sandwich. till one day, my husband and i both ordered one, drove it home, and sat down to the table. we took a bite at the same time and both nearly gagged. the meat was spoiled and tasted terrible. i immediately called to report this to the manager. his response?.. he'd eaten it himself earlier that day and it tasted fine to him. no apology at all. i told him if he doubted me, i'd bring it all back to him and he could taste it for himself. he said to do it. when i got there, his wife came over and also told me that she too had eaten it earlier in the day and it tasted fine to her. he took a bite of my sandwich and told me it tasted fine to him. he offered no compensation or apology. i demanded my money back and he acted like HE was offended. he practically threw it at me. i will NEVER be back.

Best tasting pizzas, friendly staff, making a strong comeback!

I've lived in the area for several years, and this Fox's has been here for about a year, though it has gone through management changes recently. It seems like they had some growing pains in the beginning, but now they are back and open everyday from 11-9, before it was 4-9 and even then they were often closed very once i awhile. But I am GLAD that they are back to being open full time! Generous toppings, friendly staff, and good prices keep me coming back! try the wedgies, also the bbq Chicken pizza is BOMB!!!

• Pros: Friendly staff, portions, fresh toppings, variety - not just pizza!
• Cons: Not a sit down place, used to have suspect hrs but they are consistent now.
