Wish upon a star. I enjoyed the flavor of the bbq. here. My husband likes it smokey, whereas I like it smokey n' sweet. So, he wasn't that impressed and I was satisfied. They were good ribs, not great. Beef ribs didn't have much meat on them, yet the sauce was tasty. Pork ribs were on the small side and not pink 'n smokey. To be frank, you get a lot more for your money at Memphis Champ Bbq.

TC's charges $5.60 for banana pudding. How much could it cost to make banana pudding? It was good, but I felt foolish paying that much, having eaten my food with plastic utensils on picnicware, and... they were out of sweet potato fries. How can you be out of sweet potatoes, when you're located in a shopping center? Unless you're taking business for granted (not my business), or shortstaffed, it doesn't make sense. The waitresses weren't that friendly (or helpful) either, but the cashiers and cooks were very personable. I didn't get it, and I really hate to be hard on a small business. Perhaps we had an uncharacteristic experience, so I may give it another try.

Good place. Could be great if they paid more attention to detail.

The absolute BEST!!!!!. OMG!! The Best!! Went with two others for lunch. Prices are great!! Food is even better. We had the beef ribs,barbequed chicken,pork ribs,potato salad,greens,corn on the cob,baked beans......yum!!

Stephanie, from Columbus, Ohio, is "da bomb" she was pleasant,witty and fun! We met the owner and talked about catering an event next year. The meal was affordable...I spent an extra $60 on desserts.......to die for!! Banana pudding,bread pudding,pralines,and PEACH COBBLER!! Yes, I passed them all off as my own at a dinner that evening! LOL!!

I live in Ohio and Vegas...great food,service and people!!!

YUMMY DELICIOUS GOODNESS!. I just went to TC's for the first time on Thursday. A friend of mine recommended their food when I told her I hadn't had any good BBQ in a VERY long time. Their spare ribs were really good and tender (not the smokehouse flavors I'm used to, but some of the best I've had in Las Vegas). The macaroni and cheese was really good too! I tried the collard greens, but found them to be extremely salty.

The end-all to end all.....THE BANANA PUDDING!!! It's not on their printed menu, but it's on the in-store menu. AMAZING!!! I got it because one of the young ladies behind the counter told another customer that it was "better than sexx". While I wouldn't go to that extreme....she wasn't too far off. LOL

I really wish TC's would open a restaurant on the east side of town so I can eat there more often!

Possibly the best ribs in the city. I love Ribs more than any other food. I can eat them 7 days a week and never tired of them. TC's Rib Crib may possibly be the best ribs in Las Vegas. Irving and his lovely family make food that is a labor of love. I strongly recommend you order the 3 meat platter and try their great side dishes as well. The place is not fancy, pretty much a small storefront place in a shopping mall. But waht TC lakes in ambiance, they more than make up in food. The family is originally from New Orelans and Katrina's loss is our gain. Friendly service, great food and prices far less than what you will pay elsewhere.

REAL YUMMY SPARERIBS!. I grew up in DC eating my fathers BBQ spareribs year round, Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall. When he wasn't grilling he was judging rib contest, so I know good ribs. TC's has really yummy spareribs. They don't taste restaurant like at all, they taste like down home spareribs!! The sides are ok too but their deserts need a lot of work (but to be honest, I never have room for desert anyway). When I don't feel like cooking ribs, we allways pick up TC's and bring them home. I suggest every real rib lover go by and try TC's Rib Crib!!
