One Queensridge is Amazing Value. This is a great place to live! I love living here in this part of town. Summerlin is probably the best neighborhood I've ever lived! Highly recommended! You will love the amazing views of the city, and the mountains. Located on the outskirts of town, yet near all the major thoroughfares, it is to me the perfect location!
