In Short – The 180-acre Preserve is home to hundreds of native plant, bird and animal species, but more than that it's an educational and recreational gathering spot. Visitors can learn how Native Americans, early settlers and Mormon missionaries relied on the Springs to survive. The Preserve contains a botanical garden, more than 1.8 miles of interpretive trails, museums and a 1,800 seat outdoor amphitheater where every seat is within 130 feet of the stage.
Loved Wolfgang Puck Cafe!
by Dalaimama69
Went to Springs Preserve on a field trip with my son. Had a good time then went to eat @ Wolfgang Puck Cafe. It was on a hot day in May and we had the restaurant nearly to ourselves which was nice. Burgers are fantastic, the best I've had in Vegas and I've been coming here since 1990. I highly recommend it.
- Pros: All Organic All the time!
