Please Stay Far Away From This Company – On 3-22-2012 I spoke with Crystal to give her our arriving info. On 3-23-2012 30 people including myself arrived in Las Vegas from Detroit waited 2hrs for Exclusive VIP transportation to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the Luxor. I called 1-702-544-9398 and 1-702-889-8477 over 48 times and left several voice messages because no one from their company was there to pick us up at 11:34 a.m. as planned. So we had to use Showtime shuttle transportation for their services. Once I got to the hotel I went to their website and retrieved another telephone number which is Buddy Ramsey the owner. When I called and spoke with him about us not being picked up he stated that he was there at the airport for 45min waiting on us and he called me and never got a number and he did not leave a message on my voicemail.
Buddy wanted to accommodate us by picking us up later that night so N. Williams and I who is my partner on this group trip agreed to it. They picked us up at 8:00p.m. Thursday March 23, 2012 and took us to Joes Seafood and Steakhouse in Caesars Palace. We stayed there for an hour or so. Barry the driver asked us what would we like to do? We didn’t know so we asked if he can just take us to the liquor store which was maybe a block away. And wouldn’t you know that when we got off the bus he told us that would be $150.00.Really??? To take us to the store! Mind you there is only a 25% deposit and we gave Buddy the owner a $1200 deposit and we was only suppose to give $560.00 and that was because we had the party bus for 2nights yeah right. So as you know everyone was upset very upset. Where were we being accommodated at huh? I thought that was ridiculous this is not accommodating at all. We were never picked up from the airport; then you tell us we have to pay an additional $150.00 to go to the liquor store. So I called Buddy. NO ANSWER. I tried talking to Barry as to why we were getting charged and that did not turn out well and I still gave him a $100.00 tip for his services to show that we needed him for our nightlife in Vegas.
I called Buddy Saturday to let him know that no one wanted utilize his services anymore because they did not feel comfortable and did not trust him and his business. And to just charge us for the hour that we use the bus for. He told me that was not an option. We either let them pick us up after the Kevin Hart show and take us to some clubs and take us to the airport or we lose our money. So again we decided to use them. GUESS WHAT? BARRY SAID THE HE WAS NOT COMING TO PICK US UP AND BUDDY STOP ANWERING HIS PHONE. SO I AM IN THE PROCESS OF WRITING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF LAS VEGAS AND PUTTING THEM ON THE HALL OF SHAME IN LAS VEGAS.BUDDY YOU PICKED THE WRONG ONE BABY.OHH AND THIS COMPANY HAVE 16COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM IN THE BBB FILES.PLUS 30 MORE FROM DETROIT.BUDDY IT’S TIME TO CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE HERE I COME.
If I could rate less than 1 star I would – This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I actually don't think there's enough space to write down everything that went wrong with this company. My friends and I were coming to Las Vegas for a 30th birthday celebration and decided to rent a limo. We were never contacted about the reservations and had to keep calling to make sure that everything was still on and would go as promised. Once we got to Vegas the birthday girl called just to make sure that everything would go as planned. They were supposed to decorate the limo, pick us up and take us on an hour tour and to the Vegas sign, then we would go to Sapphire and Club Rio where we would be escorted in by the driver. Well our driver (Buddy) arrived half an hour late to pick us up. There were no decorations and when asked why he didn't respond. His attitude was very lackluster and he acted as if he really didn't want to do much of anything. We weren't walked to the door and he left three of us stranded at the club, taking our liquor and a blazer that was left in the limo with him. His phone was going straight to voicemail and we had to pay for a cab ride after waiting for him until 4:45am. When we called to complained we were told that our contract was terminated because the birthday girl threw up in the limo which was not true. We made sure to take a bag and some napkins so she wouldn't get anything anywhere in the limo because it was a $200 fine. She barely threw up and we took the bag with us when we left to take her back to the hotel. Buddy was at the door when she left out and could clearly see that nothing was on the seat. We were not told that the contract was terminated and proceeded to the next destination minus two. We were told that we would be picked up at 4:30, but were ready and outside waiting at 3:30. The driver never showed up or called. The next day we were told that the contract was terminated and that we had left 4 articles of clothing in the limo and one was a shirt full of vomit. The owner and Buddy had two different stories. We were given a ride to the airport in a different limo supposedly to make up for being left, but they wanted a paper signed saying that it was a comp ride when it actually wasn't because we were left at the club at around 2, but were supposed to have the limo until 5 since he was late. When he showed up to take us to the airport, he told us a bunch of lies about how there was vomit all over the seat and floor. There was no shirt with vomit or any other articles of clothing which was funny because the owner was adamant about having them and said that "we would see". the blazer we had left was wet like they wiped something up with it, but there was no vomit. Our $50 bottle of Peach Ciroc was never recovered and neither was the Berry Ciroc or the Sdveka Vodka(which came with the limo). We were told that it was dropped off the night before at the hotel, but that was a complete lie since we never received it. With the attitudes they had there is no way that we wouldn't have been charged had we thrown up in that limo and we definitely wouldn't have been given a free ride to the airport. What they did was wrong and bad customer service, not to mention the fact that we had to pay extra for using a credit card (who carries around $900 in cash in an unknown city?). I feel like we were taken advantage of and am encouraging my friend to contact the better business bureau because this is not how you do business. This is definitely a shady company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They lied about so much stuff and claimed to have a tape of what happened in the limo which was never produced. My friends birthday and what was supposed to be the highlight of our weekend turned out to be a night that we would never forget, but not in a good way. My most sincere regret is that we didn't think to take a picture of the seat once she got out because had we done so, lawyers would be contacted by now.
Tried everything to ruin our wedding day!!! – To start our 3 hour reservation, we had to search for our limo and were not greeted appropriately.
Once inside the limo, it was abundantly clear that the A/C was not working. When relayed to the driver he responded sarcastically with "Well it is 108 degrees outside". He then claimed that the A/C vent was blowing out air that was 65 degrees. Meanwhile, there was sweat dripping off his face.
Upon reserving the limo for transport between wedding ceremony and reception, we were told that we would receive a complimentary bottle of champagne and that we would be provided with ice and cups to use during the ride. We were also supposed to have been given red carpet treatment, for photo opps, as the website says. There was no ice, no champagne, and no red carpet to be had on this party bus. When questioned about the ice, the driver replied with, "We had it, but it melted", when asked why there was no water left behind anywhere, he said "I threw it out". There was no trace of water in any of the coolers from the "melted ice".
After making our first stop, the driver decided that he should take time out of our reservation to stop and buy the champagne and ice that was supposed to be provided from the beginning. Which of course we were expected to pay for the time it took.
We ended up stopping our trip short due to the lack of A/C and all the other issues we were having.
