Young & Inexperienced Vets serve you at Banfield
by sglorse at Citysearch
I had a horrible experience over the term of 6 months with the Banfield brand. The result was that our lovely angel Romeo (Yorkshire Terrier) died because of a wrong diagnosis and ignorance by 2 young and inexperienced doctors at the Banfield clinic here in Las Vegas. A simple medication treatment (prednisone) could have saved his live if his first lab test would have been analyzed in the right way (like a senior vet did in 5 seconds 4 months later when we consulted him with all the tests). Romeo was treated for a ?serious liver disease? that cost us thousand of dollars while he actually suffered from IBS. Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome. Stay away from these clinics and visit with your local experienced veterinarian and spend a few dollars more. It will save you money at the end and definitely your pets life Another example that these big pet health networks and factories don?t work.
- Pros: Good Admin
- Cons: Veterinarians very in-experienced
