This place is the worst I have ever dealt with 10 times worse than the DMV. I have a problem with my Mitsibishi TV and Smart Tv is the warranty Co that Mitsi called They have had my tv for over 2 mo and all I get is some stupid girl telling me nothing I waited on the phone for 20 minutes today trying to check the status of my tv I hung up and called back and was told that the other had called me and told me that they would not have a lamp to repair my tv until March 12. No one had called me and in the mean time I had called Mitsibishi Customer Service who could not get a hold of them and sent the part to my house. I have spoke to the owner and they just dont care they are lazy stupid and arogant I wish someone would take pride in there work this stinks
fast friendly service. I think service centers get a bad rap these days. especially with the high expectations from consumers, and the lowering of quality control in major manufacturers. I give a thumbs up to these guys. be friendly to them, and see how far that will get you. Don't hold your lemn of a tv against them they didnt make it. A++++
Worst TV repair in Las Vegas.. Working with Smart TV has been the worst experience of my entire life. I have a TV that flickers whenever my wife and I play games or watch TV. Unfortunately, Smart TV is the only authorized local Samsung service center. They have been to my house four times and have always made up some excuse why they haven't performed any repairs on the TV. Once, it was the fact that the repair man couldn't get my remote to work. He said that he had to contact Samsung to get a new one. Funny - it works just fine for me! The constant lack of communication between Smart TV and Samsung (and, more importantly, with my wife and me) has been thoroughly frustrating. I would not recommend using this service shop for ANY repair of any kind.
Poor customer service, could not respond back to emails and phone calls. Take my advice and use Usaco.. Wow, I do not know how this place calls themselves a repair shop. It took them several days to call me back to set up "in-home service". When someone did arrive they had no intention of trying to fix my TV "in-house". They needed to take my TV to the shop. How he knew that without even turning it on is amazing. Almost three weeks later after calling several times to check status they called and said it was fixed. When they delivered the TV they did not even want to test it! The "delivery boy" left and I turned my TV on. Guess what? Same exact issue. Granted, after messing with it the issue did not re-appear for a couple weeks. But, now it is back and will not go away. I emailed them from their website asking for service again. No response after 4 days. I called (within the 30 days of guarantee on the work) and they said they needed to review the work order and would call me right back. They never called me back. I decided to call Usaco (another local Vegas repair shop) and they scheduled me for the next business day! Not to mention, the receptionist actually spoke clear English! Do not use SmartTV for repairs, it is a TV chop shop.
