Great place, good prices and amazing staff!. My wife heard about this place sometime ago from a coworker when the dog/cat food scare happened. Since then this is the only place where we get out pups their food. We have a border collie and a white Schnauzer. We have also fairly recently started to take them here to be groomed and they do a million and one times better than any other service we have gone to in this valley. Talk to the girls there and they will do what they can for you.

I can't say enough good things about this place and I an extremely picky when it comes to my dogs, just ask my wife, lol.

Wonderful Place to take your pet. I take my dog Payton there every couple weeks or so to get groomed. They do EVERYTHING, trim her whiskers, wash and brush, trim her nails for a very affordable price.

I have gone in over 10 times and have never had any problems, everyone has always been very helpful and pleasant! 5+ stars!

BEST GROOMING EVER!!!!!!. I moved to the area of southern highlands and needed to have my dog groomed. I did not know of any in the area, i was reffered to bone-appetit . i was greeted with the best service and the groomer lilac was so friendly to me she asked all the rite questions about what i wanted don.. when i came back i had a welcome bag with treats, a toy for my baby and my dog looked the best ever... i would recommened this place to everyone.. they listen to you and you get what you ask for.. Thank you Bone-appetit and thank you lilac! i will be back....

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! OVER-PRICED AND RUDE!!!. Took my puppies to the SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS BONE-APPETIT to get groomed ended up taking one of my pups to the VET to get anitbiotics - the groomer cut so close to the skin it got badly irritated!! Went there to tell them what happened and said someone would call me! NO ONE EVER DID!!Stopped by again and was told someone would call me and some lady/owner finally did ONLY to tell me that she didn't know why she was calling me and rudely asked me several times"WHAT DO YOU WANT?". THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE..IT IS OVER PRICED AND THE OWNER/MANAGER IS RUDE AND COULD CARE LESS IF SHE HAS HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!! Go somewhere else where they actually want your business.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Took my dogs to the Southern Highlands store. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service. Worst dog grooming I have ever had. Employees were RUDE,RUDE RUDE. Called owner to complain ahd he called me a liar. I would never go there, again and would not encourage anyone else to.
