Timeshare company sales.
Buyer BEWARE !
per Nevada Law,
If you attend a sales presentation of a timeshare and somehow you end up buying into a timeshare plan be aware that in Nevada you, the buyer, has 5 days from date of signing to change your mind and CANCEL the proposed contract.
You must sign the REVOCATION form within the sales packet and either hand deliver, USPS regular, certified Or telegraph, postmarked by the 5th day.
If you hand deliver you can expect the staff to try and convince otherwise.
Starpoint Resorts/The Jockey Club has a very good sales staff! They are terrific at what they do. What they do not do is inform the potential buyer of the cancellation policy.
Most people that attend these presentations are on VACATION and by the time they return to their hometown and read the contract the 5 days has passed.
Do NOT expect ANY cooperation in resolving any issues with the company it will NOT Happen!
btw I put down a 1 star rating but even that is to high.…
