DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

The first time my family and I walked into the store we liked them and decided to buy the dresses there. Later, every time a member of the bridal party walked into the store they couldn't find any of the paper work with the dress info. This was mainly due to one employee who obviously had no clue what she was doing. This employee had a serious serious attitude problem. We spent $2,000 on a dress before they were going out of business, when we asked about the alterations she basically said too bad for you, you have to go and pay to get them else where. Completely horrible service!! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go to this store (if they reopen later or move). I wouldn't recommened this place to my worst enemy.!!!

Wonderful place

I loved just about everything about this shop. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice girl. It happened to be her first day, but that was ok by me. We learned quite a bit together. One of the owners helped her with any questions I had that she didn't know the answers too yet. And I could tell the owner loved helping her new girl. They have the best choices in gowns I found in town. I didn't think the prices were bad at all. I tried on dresses from about $800. to $3,000. I've seen cheaper in town, but the quality was cheaper too. You get what you pay for. They let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. They even chose some for me. As a matter of fact the one I bought was one the owner picked out for me to try on. I have been to their store about seven times. Three until I bought my dress, and four more since to show friends. They always welcome me, and don't treat me like a pest.It has been a little busy at times, but that can't be helped. Plus they have just started with new clerks to fix some of their past customer service problems. When I go there, I feel like family, not just someone they are trying to get money from. I would and have recommended them to anyone I know who is getting married. I would also recommend the person they have that does custom invitations. Her stuff is beautiful too.

When you go there, just have fun and relax. They will treat you great. Remember most of the girls are pretty new, but very sweet.

price ranges for everyone

I noticed the earlier review and thought I should put my two cents in too. The prices at All About You are in the middle range. There are tons of dresses under $1000 and some all the way up to $6000 most are in the $1100 to $1600 range (pretty average). They are pretty busy on Saturdays and I too would recommend an appointment. Even though they were really busy and my sales associate worked with more that one bride, I had more than one sales person helping me. They all seamed to work together as a team, it was kind of nice getting the help of many. They were all helping pick dresses that they thought would look good on me. I loved the atmosphere! I loved the dresses and I really think price shouldn't be the only factor. I would check it out even if you are on a budget...they do have off the floor dresses marked down tons...I think I saw some as low as $200.
