DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After I was promised a specific move date as an incentive to put down a deposit, I was called a week before that date to move the date back 3 days. This was impossible for us as our flight was booked for the day after the scheduled move. They could not have cared less and said all we can do is refund your deposit, leaving me a week to work it out.

I had about 2 weeks to move 1br from utah to michigan and was scheduled to use a UPack 10" trailer(doing the loading/unloading myself). I got a call from New Planet asking if i was still looking to move and I was like sure why not, give me a quote. Their quote came out to be lower than UPack and incl loading/unloading. I jumped on it and they actually gave me a 2 day timeframe when they would come pick up my stuff. The driver initially talked about doing it at 3pm but he ended up loading at 7 (few hours didnt matter). Everything was professionally wrapped (blankets and stuff). they mark every item with a tag so that helps. I was told storage was free and that helped as i didnt have a place of my own in MI. I think UPack was going to charge me addl for storage. Once I knew where I was going to live, i gave them a call to deliver my stuff and it took about a week after that to deliver. Unloading was fast and easy. Nothing was broken. Everyone i called to get a status on my delivery was nice and friendly, Summer, Lauren, Camarin. I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends.

Starting with the salesperson that called me, the guys that picked up my belongings, the dispatcher who helped me through the schedule, and the movers at destination and ending to the set up of my items in my new home I can honestly say I am happy I chose this company. Like many of the other moving companies they had a few bad reviews out there on the internet. With New Planet Moving I noticed they didn't have many positive reviews (some companies had tons which led me to believe that they were writing them themselves) but I did notice the few bad ones were so far apart time-wise. So I thought well, one a year or so ain't bad at all. The girl I spoke with kind of wanted me to over quote my things which made sense to me. I had heard a lot of stories from friends about over charges. When the movers arrived they were dressed in uniforms and had all the packing materials that I needed. They had me sign off on the paperwork and went straight to wrapping and disassembling all of my items. They cleared my home out in only 4 hours and I had a ton if stuff. The delivery was 2 days later than I hoped for, but they told me upfront that no mover guarantees delivery dates so I was OK with just 2 days. The only thing is one of my photo frames was cracked which isn't that bad for a far move like mine. The guys at delivery set everything up where I wanted, and even put the boxes in the proper rooms for me. I will use them again if I move, which I hope I don't because I love my new house :-) Thank you to Lauren, Summer, Joel, and the helper too (sorry I forgot your name).

I used New Planet Moving twice in the last 4 years. Both moves went well. We didnt have any losses, or damages. In both instances the movers who arrived were uniformed and professional. On the more recent move I had a lot of stairs, but as a repeat customer they did waive the cost for that. We were quoted at $1390.00 on this move, and the rate stayed the same. I did have a small scratch on the back of my dresser, but no one will ever see that. I mentioned it in a follow up call with New Planet Moving, and they are sending me a check for $50 anyway to repair the small scratch. This was superb and I truley was appreciative. I did not take advantage of the storage this move, but they do offer up to one month free with long distance moves. So some people may like to use that as well. At delivery the movers were helpful, they reassembled everything and took thier time with me and my indecisive furniture placement issues LOL.... This company also offers a referral bonus to anyone that referrs thier friends, family or etc. I have gotten a couple nice gifts from referals also.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how please we were with your company during our recent move. My first contact with New Planet was Lesley. She was very helpful and easy to talk too. I had concerns about some of the reviews that I had seen for ALL of the moving companies. I asked her is this was just a bad business or what. She took the time to explain to me that in the moving business some people are just not honest with themselves. They like to think that they only have an average amount of belongings and that is the message that they convey to your staff. They amount of pounds of their move is figured on what they have told you. When the truck arrives it is discovered that they live on a dead end street that the truck won't fit down, they have twice the amount of belongings that they disclosed etc... I found this information very comforting!! I went over our inventory with her and even had her check our pick up and delivery locations to be sure that there would not be any trouble getting the truck to our homes. 2 weeks before our move I called her and asked if we could add to our inventory. She was very accommodating. The day of our pick up the 3 gentlemen that cam were GREAT! they introduced themselves and went right to work. They were very careful and asked all of the right questions about our items. Our weight came in appx. 500 less than Lesley's estimate and all was good. I was contacted when our belongings left Las Vegas and the driver was in touch with me twice during his trip across the US. He told me which day he thought that he would arrive and just as we had agreed he called me when he was an hour away from our new home. We arranged to meet at a truck stop close to our new home and when I arrived her was waiting just as he said he would be. He followed me to our new home and the unloading began. The unloading went just as well as the pick up. These guys really knew what they were doing!! Thanks so much to everyone at your organization that helped with our move. If we ever move again we will be calling you. Please pass along our words of thanks to everyone involved.

To the owner or manager of Planet Moving CO, I just want to thank you, and your wonderful staff. My name is Joan Courvyer. My Daughter Jackie took care of me getting moved. To Calif. I know my grandaughter Jessica can't was calling constantly. I apologize for that. But she was taken care of me. Anyway there was few of my things missing. I did not realize for a while as my health is not to good. But I called Spoke with someone 2 days later they found it. Not only are you honest you are all so very nice. If anyone wants to know how honest and great you're feel free to let them call me. Once again Thank You.

Yaniv Steimberg is such an asset to your company. This man took such great care of my belongings and did this all on his own. No help at all. He did a move prior to me, spent four hours on my move and then has just left to do a full house move. then he will drive 4 hours back home to Las Vegas. All on his own! I know all of us are so grateful for jobs these days but I have to ask that proper recognition be given to this man...he went above and beyond the call of duty.

He represented your company in such a positive light that you can count on me to recommend your services.

I just want to tell you that we were pleased with your service from

beginning to end. The guys at pick up were courteous and efficient.

We made contact with Carlos. He was kind and kept us up to date as to when he would be delivering. Both guys were patient and did a nice job. My daughter was a little stressed during delivery and at the end found damage on a Secretary Desk. Carlos took a picture and said they would take care of it. He couldn't have been nicer. Later, I was able to point out that the damage was not on the part of New Planet but at another time period. When she was able to be calm, she had to agree that it was not New Planet's fault. Please disregard the damage claim. I thank you for your service and definitely will recommend your company to others.

I am using your company to move from Chicago, Illinois to California. During the moving process, I have changed my inventory list, made periodic payments to prepay before the movers arrive and have

requested various changes be made to my contract. Throughout everything, Lauren has been helpful and efficient. I have never

dealt with a customer service representative that was so enjoyable and who helped me trouble shoot every issue that came up. She is an amazing asset to your company and the key reason that I decided to go with New Planet Moving and Storage instead of one of your competitors. Because of Lauren's ability to turn the headache of moving into an easy transition, I plan on always coming to New Planet with any relocation needs

that I may have in the future (pending the safe arrival of my items, of course!).

Lauren Alexandra was the first individual that my husband and I spoke with at New Planet Moving in May as we were obtaining quotes from a number of moving companies. Lauren was very patient as she listened to our questions and concerns as this was our first major move across country from Ohio to California. She followed up with occasionally after we received the initial quote as we were trying to make a decision. Based upon a number of references that Lauren had provided and I had made contact with the references, we made the decision to select New Planet Moving. Lauren once again was very patient as I believe I had her walk through the inventory list three times and our list continued to change. She suggested that we slightly over-estimate which was the right call...we still had more inventory than what I had given her the final time! Lauren said that we would have the person in charge of our move call me the day before they arrived, and he called as expected! Leo and Daniel were two energetic movers with a great sense of humor. They worked extremely hard as they packed up the semi-truck on a somewhat hot-humid day dodging one short-lived rain storm. I walked them through all three floors of our house and they did a beautiful job wrapping and protecting the furniture that I had not disassembled, as well as wrapping up a number of our large framed pictures. Leo gave me some great pointers as I was still packing the last of the boxes when they arrived. I was amazed at the precision of packing from floor to ceiling...I thought I was a good packer! Upon arrival at our townhouse in California, Leo and Daniel once again did a great job efficiently moving all the furniture into the respective rooms, reassembling furniture, and patiently waited until I moved my cats to a different bedroom so they could bring the last bedroom furniture and boxes upstairs. Although my husband fell asleep on the couch and my mom and I were busy orchestrating where everything was to be placed late into the night, Leo and Daniel were professionals. When we are ready to move again, my first call will be to New Planet Moving!
