I highly recommend Changes. I had a disaster the night before and looked on City Search for help. I was in dire need for a miracle as I was going to NY for the holidays. I made my appointment with Ashley at Changes not knowing what to expect. I have to tell you I was really lucky to have had a positive experience with this place! Not only did she fix my hair, Ashley was very professional, friendly, and understood what it took to fix the problem. I highly recommend this place, and I am glad I found a salon in the LV area which I visit on a regular basis. - Janie (from California)
