Dissappointing

4 hours late for first scheduled appointment, had to reschedule, hour late the next time, no one seemed to care, when the serviceman finally showed up, he was rude and very matter of fact.. WAY to expensive for a fixed toilet, totally disgusted, i'll never go back to Roto Rooter again..

Jerry was very courteous and professional. Jerry was very knowledeable and patient as he explained to my wife and I the work that was going to be done, approximately how long it would take and gave us an estimate up front before he started any work. Jerry was very customer orientated and we would both recommend Jerry for any job that you may need done.

We were very satisfied with Jerry's workmanship and pride he took in getting our job completed.
