We've been dealing with this company of incompetents since we moved into our rental property last summer! Unfortunately, we are under a property management company & are locked into using them. They are seriously the worse. I cannot imagine they hire trained professionals to be their techs. We've had every part of our a/c unit changed and our air conditioner is still not working properly. Each tech that comes out gives us a different reason as to why the a/c isn't working, say they fixed it, and leave. Last summer they came out 3 times and really never fixed the problem and they have been back out 4 times since March 2013 and STILL can't fix the problem. They've also had 2 no-shows. Clearly they are not professionals! I would definitely not recommend using them if you can choose your own company.

AVOID this company. SCAM. I have been dealing with them for 5 weeks now, 6-8 service calls, NOTHING IS FIXED. They contract with Home Warranty company and are not worth wasting your breath on. Look up their reviews on Yelp for the truth. The recent glowing reviews here are obviously FAKE.
