Apple Dental

Excellent Services. I have been going to Apple Dental for several years. The offices are alwasy clean and well-maintained. They do take walk-ins, but I would recommend making an appointment. They are usually good about sticking to it time-wise. Dr. Paik and his staff are always professional courteous. They definitely make you feel welcome. Dr. Paik placed veneers on my upper teeth several years ago. He did a fantastic job, and I have had no problems since. He is very good at what he does. I would highly recommend Apple Dental for anything from cosmetic procedures to general cleaning.…

awesome. Apple dental is awesome, the staff is caring and the Dr. always listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. I use to never go to the dentist but now will never go anywhere else. Like many other people I do not like going to the dentist, but when my front bottom 2 teeth became infected (and pus was coming out of the gums) I decided it was time to go. I went to a couple different dentists first. One said there was nothing they could do for those two teeth but wanted to max out my insurance with other stuff. Another dentist said the infected teeth saying they needed aggressive gum cleaning and wanted to schedule me for a root canal on another tooth that was cracked but not bothering me at all (which would of maxed out my insurance). So I found a different dentist, Apple Dental. Keep in mind I was not a happy customer at this point. But the staff is great and calmed me down, and the dentist listened to my concerns, he informed me that the cracked tooth does need a root canal but since it wasn't bothering me to leave it and focus on the infected teeth, which couldn't be saved, no matter how aggressively they cleaned the gums. I would need a bridge or implants, and antibiotics for the infection (the other dentists never even offered antibiotics). My insurance wouldn't pay for another set of x-rays so they did them for free, and half off my deep cleaning. While sitting in the dental chair waiting, which is the worst part if you ask me, you are able to pick out a movie to watch on the computer which was nice and relaxing. They have a gel they use to numb you for the cleanings, not needles YAY. (You can request the needle numbing if you want it). The people at Apple Dental are awesome and I will never go anywhere else.…

Would Never Recommend.. One of the receptionist is so unprofessional, cussing in front of patients. Pretty much the whole staff is unprofessional with no organization whatsoever. I wait for 20 minutes after my paper work was done to go in when there was no one there. When I finally went in, I was waiting in the chair for about a half hour with no one even stopping by. After the xray I don't even know how long I was sitting there. I could have taken a nice nap while they were gone. It literally took two hours for me to get one xray for my wisdom tooth and they didn't even take it out! Such a big waste of my time. And I have been calling them non stop today to have paper work faxed and no one answers and now it is giving me a busy signal. Really? Please consider going somewhere else!…
