Great & honest service. I was amazed by the service and honesty. Royce was very friendly and professional. I was astonished by his knowledge. No high-pressured sales pitch and right to the point. I figured I would help a great company out with a five star review. Clearly that is unnecessary. They are five-star already for a reason!! Nice job guys, you got a good team.

Called me back within the hour. Had someone here within 24 hours and got that rat that's been hanging out under my patio 12 hours later. I like everything about them. Gave me all kinds of additional tips on how to make sure I won't be getting any other ones. Gave me a good price, too.
Having a rat living at your house is certainly not an experience I would like to repeat. But would I have a pest problem again- i would not hesitate to call them.
After my renters left, leaving their apartment FILTHY and covered in fleas from the stray animals they kept bringing in, I called Williams Pest Control to come spray. They were out that very same day and sprayed down the whole unit inside and out, and promised to come back within 90 days to spray for free if the problem persisted. 30 days later, I had them come out on good measure before the new carpet was installed to removed the stragglers that I had seen. I called and they arrived 30 minutes later just in time for the carpet to be installed. Awesome customer service, very timely, and very knowledgeable.
I will definitely use them again.
The best pest control. I always call Williams Pest Control in Las Vegas, every time I have problems with the bugs. They are really very nice, working professional and the prices are the best!
Very pleased with the service. I just want to write how magnificent was the service provided by Williams Pest Control. I called them when I had problem with bedbugs that wouldn't leave me sleep peacefully. They came on time, worked very diligently and the final result was that there is not one bug in my house anymore! Simply brilliant!
Extremely helpful and thorough!. Williams Pest Control treated my apartment for bedbugs a year ago and was extremely thorough. Royce answered all of my (many) questions and was always very easy to reach on the phone and by email both before and after the treatment. He is clearly so knowledgeable and really helped me to better understand bedbugs and their treatment, which greatly helped decrease my anxiety. Recently I found a small bug on my sofa and was worried that the bedbugs were back, so I emailed Royce and he responded right away and had me send him a photo. Luckily, he could tell it was a beetle and definitely not a bedbug! He was so easy to reach and so quick to help, even though it was a weekend. Very friendly, professional, and helpful service.
Excellent response time!. I thought I had bedbugs. Thank god I didn't but I wouldn't have known, and also would have spent my weekend in a panic, had it not been for Timothy promptly calling me back on a Saturday night, and then, after my emailing him a picture of the culprit, his having identified within a few minutes, that the bug was not what I was fearing. He was johnny on the spot and very friendly.
More Frustrating then the Pigeons. Do not use!! Williams Pest Control is unprofessional and does medicore work. When I called for a quote for pigeon removal and screening, Ian (who told me he's one of the owners) was very nice and helpful. But that all changed when the work began. The tech, Josh (who is need of a lot of training) was an hour and a half late. I called when he was 45 minutes but got voicemail. When I asked Josh why he was late without calling his excuse was "Uhh, It's Monday." I should have cancelled the job then but was so tired of the pigeons and wanted them removed. Halfway through the job, Josh leaves with all the equipment in our yard. I assumed he went to lunch until he was gone for 3 hours! I called and spoke to Ian who said Josh left to get more supplies. Josh came back while I was on the phone and said "the owner" called him to another job. I asked Ian point blank if he was lying. He said Josh must be confused and there were 2 owners. The project took 7 hours to complete (I was told it would take no more than 4) and the screens look OK. But less than 48 hours later, pigeons had gotten behind one of the screens. I called Williams and surprise got voicemail. Josh returned my call 5 hours later and said it would take up to 2 weeks for the pigeons to leave our roof - obviously very confused because he couldn't understand why I was upset. He did come to the house and saw the pigeons behind the screening. He said he was going to double screen the area to prevent this in the future. I asked why he didn't do it in the first place when he replied "I was out late the night before and was really tired." At least he's honest unlike Ian. I had to prompt Josh to double screen the rest of the areas. It's been a week and we haven't had any problems. Save yourself time and heaches - avoid. I don't know who's been more difficult to deal with; the pigeons or Williams Pest Control.
