AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!. DO NOT go here!!! This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had. I went in for a haircut and was completely unsatisfied with the end result. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and proceeded to be rude to me when I would not agree with what he wanted to do to my hair. The next day I called to speak with the manager who was extremely rude to me! The only thing she offered was that I come in to have the stylist fix it when I explicitly said I would not be comfortable with that. Why would I want someone who did not listen to me and ruined my hair the first time to attempt to fix it??? Sorry, not going to happen! She refused to refund my money and proceeded to get in a screaming match over the phone with me about how I should give people multiple chances. What? So, she wants me to have a bad haircut for the next couple of years just to give them more chances? She was very unprofessional and actually hung up on me! I have never had someone speak to me in this manner and highly suggest you go somewhere else! I am now stuck spending twice as much to get my hair fixed as best I can and will have to spend months growing it back out.
