pieces of broken sharp ceramic plate in my spinach dip... On 02/26/2012 I was at half shell (beach house) on a date with my husband. I ordered easy food to digest because I'm on Kidney Dialysis and in my spinach and artichoke dip there were shards of broken ceramic plate. YES, I swallowed some, and spit some out. I gave a chunk to my waitress. She informed me here was NO manager on duty so she went and got the bartender who was in charge. He said he wasn't sure what to do and they DID NOT have an incident report for me to fill out. My husband asked for the shard's of ceramic plate back that we gave them and they "threw it away". what a coincidence, throwing away evidence. The next morning my husband called one of the owners "Trevett Williams". Who apologized and asked for us to meet a manager at half shell anytime between 1-2:00pm. We arrived at 1:30 and there was NO manager on duty. The bartender had the incident report for us. I brought it home, filled it out, and brought it back the following morning and once again.. NO manager on duty. "Trevett Williams" will not answer my phone calls nor call me back. I was in the ER the next morning with chronic stomach pain. Very unprofessional...

Don't waste your time. So many other places to go to that are so much better than what you will experience here. If you decide to give it a shot, well, live and learn as I have. I would never go back to this place!

Poor Customer Service. We thought we had found a great place to go. We had gone alone, family, friends, and several times. We even recommended, at first. The food is really good we had, fish/chips, nacho (terrific), scallops, although for some reason they went from 5 to 3 same prices. Anyway the patio is great if you are NOT in a hurry & want to just relax. We had gone on a Friday night early at 4:30 ordered drinks/food. Sat at a table, & kept ordering drinks. There was a large party next to us & they took up a large section, but they didn?t bother us. We noticed the manager apparently knew them he was there often at their area with hugs and conversation. We were going to wait till the DJ wanted to have a few more drinks and check it out 1 person in our party left at 10:00, immediately the manager approached us and asked us ?DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHEN YOU WILL BE LEAVING?" WOW -- HOW RUDE. He said he had a party of 15 that was waiting for 45 min, wanted our table. Instead of offering us another seat, it was like he was asking us to leave. He did mention but very quietly that he would comp our next visit, but my husband did not hear that. They got a little confrontational with each other, and so rightly so on our part all we were trying to do was enjoy a nice evening out and listen to the music. Manager was RUDE? We spent $130 that night NEVER will go back and have told others too, they will NOT go there at all, and will tell others what happened to us.. I called back and spoke to the manager again and wanted him to stop payment on our bill, he said he COULD NOT do that. I know he could have. We paid it in fear that he would have followed us to our car when we left since he was watching our table. We told him we'd been in here several times he said "I know I have seen you before? What HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service, you just don?t treat people like that no matter how much money they are spending in there. Word of mouth gets around, for good or BAD places to go..

Great view of the strip. My friend recommended the place to me, when I first walked in I was disapointed. But when I went upstairs to the patio I was in love! There's a fireplace and a big TV for sporting events and a beautiful view of the strip! The menu is random, and I don't recommend sitting downstairs. But the nachos are yummy and the view makes it worth it! A fun place to go with friends or on a fun date.

Horrible customer service!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!. I invited a group of friends to join me on Super Bowl Sunday to watch the game. We ordered some nacho's & found "BROKEN GLASS" underneath the melted cheese & Management didn't seem to care. I am a Las Vegas local & none of my friends will EVER go here again. STAY AWAY!!!!!
