Great Service and Great Staff!. I have been using Sun Auto for a couple years, and the service just gets better all the time. Alex is the front office guy and he treats everyone with respect. I really do trust them, and my entire family takes their cars here for repairs. So glad I stopped in. WOW! What a turnaround! I had been a customer of their in the past but stopped. Rob was a jerk. My car broke down right up the road and I was forced to go in. So happy I did. There is a new crew and they have changed the honestly of the business. Alex is a great guy! Ask for him. The other guys seem good too but I dealt with Alex and will continue to do so. He treated me with respect and didn't give me some insane bill. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. They also use QUALITY parts, not the auto zone crap most places use. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Welcome to the Steve and Robert clown act. I went down to this place last Monday to get an oil change at 8AM as I was going out of town that afternoon and wanted to get it done before I left. Steve said they were busy and asked if I could make an appointment. He said people with an appointment take priority over anyone else. I said ok and came back at 10:30 because he said with an appointment he could get me in and out. He said he needed an hour to get it done. No problem, I waited until 11:30 and my vehicle did not move. At that point I asked them if someone was going to get on it and was told that my vehicle would be next. Well, while I was waiting for my oil change to be done a couple came in off the street and wanted their brakes checked. Needless to say my vehicle was not next, theirs was and they did not have an appointment. So at that point I became upset and asked them again if someone was going to get my oil change done. Five minutes later they brought it into the shop and put it on the rack and then left it for another ten munutes and didn't even bother to pull the drain plug to let it drain while it was sitting there. At this point I confronted Steve and asked him what was going on? Why were people coming in off the street without an appointment and getting service before me when I was supposed to have priority? He could not give me a straight answer just one lame excuse after another. I will tell you why. They stood to make more money off of those people than my $20 oil change. He offered to give me a free oil change but I declined. I only wanted the work done when they told me it would be done and I was happy to pay for it and be on my way. This shop takes on more work than it can handle and as a result they put people off and waste their time (not the way I want to spend my day off or any day for that matter). They have ten service bays and five service techs. No wonder they cannot stand behind their promises to people. Overpromising and underdelivering is always a good formula for failure and this place is on the right track. I would not bring a go-kart to this place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere that you are treated well and your time and business is respected.…
The place is reAdy to rip you off.
I took my car for a diagnostic, which they charge $100, but they "deduct it" from the total price if you repair your car with them, first lie.
Because I needed the car in a hurry, I did not look for another place besides they look very friendly, second lie.
The diagnostic was very mmmmm EXPENSIVE, that's the world because the part's name souds very sophisticated, anyways. I decided that this place to fix my car. After paying the stratospheric amount I went home and looked for the part. I just wanted to call the place, which I did. Just to let them know how dissapointed I felt after trusting them and told them that I was expecting to be charged the most twice the part but not 4 times the price. Anyways, I know it is hard to find a trusty place to repair your car but look for reviews before they rip you off. I hope they enjoy the money they get from hard working people.
It was a very expensive decision but it worked I am not going back to this so called auto repair place.…

I was initially impressed by their friendly workers but now I realized that service is their cover up. I've taken my car here several times. Almost every time it has cost me more than $1300. They
changed my transmission and charged me $2700...rip off (I had professionals tell me that I overpaid $700 to $1000). When I picked my car up I felt that there was a problem still. I brought it in and they told me that they did not see anything wrong but did tell me that I had another problem that I should fix.
Everytime I take my car in, they find some other problem and it always costs tons. They exchanged my water pump the first time I went there...6 months later it was broken.
I would stay away from this place. They cost way too much.…
