In Short
With its refreshing no-frills feel and cheap drinkage, it's downtown's premier neighborhood bar. As if compensating for the lack of ambience with a cast of characters straight out of a Bukowski novel, the Huntridge draws a crowd of regulars with a high grizzle factor. For solitary drinkers, late weeknights are a good time to go. The bar bubbles with strange energy as punks, hipsters and the regular riff-raff drink amicably side by side on weekends.s
