I figured that going to an expensive salon meant that I could finally get what I wanted/visioned. The salon had just been remodeled but it isn't as "fun and watery" as the advertisements show - pretty basic, actually, with blue walls, a few water colored tiles, etc. Pricey, but I left extremely happy. The lady that did my hair, Iris, listened to me while I explained the last bad haircut that I had, asked me what I wanted, and gave me a few suggestions. She colored my hair a darker color that I had never thought of, gave me some more bounce...I love it and will go back! Haircut and color cost about $200 with a $60 tip. Really isn't that bad considering salons outside of the hotels cost about $125 + tip.
A full-service spa at TI that splashes the senses and replenishes the body with everything H2O..
In Short
Steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools are a few of the ways men and women can relax and rejuvenate at TI's WET day spa. The very aquatic atmosphere incorporates the soothing effects of water in the design of the spa as well as its amenities. Featured services include the signature WET massages, wraps and facials that wash away everything dull and dreary and leave patrons in a weightless sense of relaxation.
The Greatest Message. I have the greatest massage with Jolenne at the spa. She skillfully and artfully massaged all my tension away. It was one of the best massages I've ever gotten. The lounging area is decent with a sauna, whirlpool and steam room. The robes and slippers could have been nicer but, everything else was great.
