Though there are a handful of video poker machines, this is a classy joint. It's small (32 table seats and 10 barstools) but sophisticated and it's bringing the classic cocktail back to downtown. With ivory and chocolate striped walls, white-vinyl booths and plasma-screen TV's, there's a comfortable, conversational atmosphere. The cocktails take top billing but a decent wine list is also available, along with some some light bites: fried calamari, satay skewers and oysters Rockefeller. -and a wide selection of imported cigarettes and fine cigars.
