In Short – Bright red, orange and green striped carpeting is combined with red tables and a shiny metal ceiling to create an energetic dining area. Flat-screen televisions play cooking shows from around the world, while chefs prepare meals in front of you at each of the 11 stations arranged around the room's perimeter. Each station provides a sampling of international cuisine--ranging from a raw bar to dim sum, bruschetta bread to rotisserie chicken.
Fantastic hotel ... WORST BUFFET !
by AutumnJeanne
We were there on Super Bowl Sunday (2009) and this was the first restaurant we visited on our trip. We were expecting a wonderful buffet (it was listed as one of the "best in Vegas" in our travel books). We were extremely disappointed! The food was lukewarm to cold, 85% of it was "dryed up", and a lot of the selections were not even available (needed to be filled up). Also, we were surprised at the lack of "taste" with this buffet. Both of us actually considered this buffet the worst eating experience we had during our Vegas trip. We are going back to Vegas in September, but we have already decided this restaurant doesn't even deserve a "second chance". On the other hand, we ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE MIRAGE HOTEL!!! We will be staying there again on our upcoming trip ... but unfortunately we will stay very, very far away from Cravings. Better food experiences in the Mirage can be found at either the "Carnegie Deli" (truly very yummy) or the "California Grill".
- Pros: Good location
- Cons: Cold and dryed-up selections ... poor atmosphere.

Ewww, this was a BIG disappointment starting with the horrible attitudes from the greeters and went down to the dried out food. We love our Vegas buffets, but we couldn't stomach this one.

Best buffet in Vegas! All you can eat and all you can drink mimosas. Something on the buffet for EVERYONE, and a great value for the money. I always make a stop here when I'm in Vegas, and you should too.
- Pros: value, variety
- Cons: none
