In Short – This circular lounge with panoramic views is located (ironically) one floor above the Top of the World restaurant in the Stratosphere Tower. The decor is dominated by deep burgundy, while candles and a fiber optic-enhanced bar provide soft lighting. Twelve VIP tables have couches and privacy enclosures. Romance's drink selection includes a variety of champagnes, ports, flavored coffees and almost 30 specialty martinis--including the Dean Martini.
