Chef Chi Choi's menu includes inexpensive appetizers such as crispy fried shiitake mushrooms, mid-range meals such as Mongolian beef, and ultra high-end dishes like braised whole Japanese abalone with vegetables. The wealth of live seafood options can be prepared steamed, wok-fried, or braised. One reader says, the live Santa Barbara sweet shrimp sashimi "was amazing," and that everything they ordered "was so good that we kept ordering more." Another, however, was disappointed by the sparse lunch selections.

I thought our service at Fin was impecable! The food was well presented and delicious. The wait staff really showed an interest in my party, which is hard to find sometimes in Vegas. My father accidently spilled someting on his shirt, and they quickly ran to the kitchen to bring us some soda water. Very much appreciated. The comp desert was also delightful, a light fortune cookie with a kahulua and cream drink in small glass. Lovely way to end a perfect dinner. Will definitely go back on future visits to the Strip!

The food here is great- it's nice to come to a quiet, peaceful restaurant in the middle of a casino. I had some amazingly flavorful Indonesian noodles. They were perfect- nice and coconutty. Definitely check this place out!

Fin Chinese Cuisine is a great place to dine when staying at the Mirage. The chefs there prepare your food like nothing you have ever seen or tasted. We make sure to hit this place every time we are in town.
